根据Google map 找到了这家评价还不错的诊所。几周前亲自到诊所预约了洗牙。当时前台接待员告诉我们该诊所不在我们牙医保险系统内，他们需要联系保险公司，让我们回去等消息。两周后，我们打电话过去问进展，因为我们没有得到任何消息。另一个接待员开始找不到我们的信息，后提供了预约的具体日期和时间后才找到，然后回复说保险事宜还在联系。考虑到不知道要等多久，就要求取消预约。接听电话的接待员同意了。之后我们没有收到预约取消的信息，就打电话过去请求回复一个取消预约消息。可至今我们没有收到任何回复。不知道牙医服务如何，可这样的接待员令人失望。

Great experience in Smile Solution.
I just got the deep clean and filling service in Smile Solution yesterday. Dr Chong was professional and efficient. She explained the details patiently and care about my feeling during the process. Her assistant Cece was extremely friendly and helpful to calm my anxiety.
Highly recommend Smile Solution if you‘re looking for a patient- friendly and professional dental office. Cantonese and Mandarin speaking is a big plus if you have concern about communication.

I did my front tooth implant and a crown here with Dr.Liu. He’s very nice, professional and patient. I’m very happy with my treatment. I also really appreciate nurse Joyce for helping me through my 6-month long treatment. Helping me to schedule times that accommodate my situation, and being very responsive to my requests.

I always get my teeth cleaned here! the staff is super amazing, easy to communicate with, they’re fast with no sacrifice to comfort! i never felt in pain, they’re always done their best to clean me up pain free! highly recommend 🙂
