We could not ask for better care for our loved one! He was beyond comfortable! We were checked in with multiple times a day and always updated with everything going on. We were asked about our wants and needs. They took care of us too! They provided recommendations to help us help our loved one. Staff was constantly coming in the room to check on our loved one and adjust him properly. They went above and beyond helping with transportation, eating, therapy and just making sure he got up and out of his room. I wouldn’t consider another place.

My mother was in a difficult situation where she needed to be placed immediately in a facility. We are so thankful that our amazing social worker Veronica managed to get her into Pleasanton Nursing and Rehabilitation center. The staff was caring, friendly and kind to mom while she was there for 2 1/2 weeks. Whatever she needed they were there for her to make her comfortable. Needing a little more peace and quiet they managed to get her into a nice 2 person room with a view that made her at ease and allowed her to rest easy. The facility was always clean and the staff was always helpful and understanding. If you find yourself needing a place for a loved one I would highly recommend this facility. We thank all of them for making a very difficult and sad decision as positive as it could possibly be. We could rest easy every night knowing mom was being cared for properly until her time of passing.

My father was brought here from Redwood City Kaiser last night, my mom, sister and me met him here. Our First impression was great, friendly and very proper. This facility is kept very clean and organized. My dad is very comfortable and relaxed we are blessed and relieved to have him here, Thank you for all your hard and professional work. We appreciate you all.

Check in was flawless.The first day to day 5 have been stress free the staff is very organized, kind and communicate with family thoroughly. The PT’s are very good, the food has been good, all according to my mom. The case manager has been helpful and staff and doctor responded to my concerns immediately.

I am so glad my 82 year old mother was excepted to this facility for her rehab recovery. This place was beyond my expectations and I actually was pleasantly surprised of the ambiance. The staff was so nice and professional. If i was to rate & compare this place as a retail outlet, its up there with Nordstrom. I’m looking forward to my mother speedy recovery.,,,

The receptionist was welcoming and the prescreening for the guest badge was easy. The property is welcoming and very clean and the patients are well cared for. The patient we visited was very very well cared for. Thank you for all that you do.
