When I first came to Pearls of Dentistry I brought with me a mouthful of problems from a lifetime of treatment from discount and "insurance paid" dentists.  Dr. Thomas and Dr. Langenbach were able to correct these problems over time with a longterm treatment plan at a pace that made it "do-able".  Most recently he fitted me for a sleep apnea appliance that I was primarily interested in getting to stop my snoring, which was disturbing my wife's sleep.  Not only did the appliance work but it improved the quality of my sleep as well, leaving me feeling more awake and energetic throughout the day, which was not something that I would have expected to have gotten from my dentist. The entire team of at pearls of dentistry is professional, compassionate, and competent. I cannot recommend them enough.

I have always been happy with Pearls of Dentistry. From this visit there are two areas I see for improvement.
I received a couple of reminders of my appt, and very lengthy health assessment form. All good, but no communication that a new (to me) hygienist would be doing the cleaning, and no mention of the annual exam or X-rays. This information could easily have been included in the reminder emails.

I have been seeing Dr Thomas for over four years. First, it was for TMJ issues. She referred me to best Doctor in the country. The surgery went well and now I am healed an no pain.
