I normally don't write reviews, especially the negative ones, but I feel I have to write this one. Despite the 3 star reviews the clinic has, I still wanted to give this place a chance. This place is horrible. I have called the office three times on three different days to confirm my visit purpose ( deep cleaning and hand carrying my other doctor report) and insurance type. Upon arriving, they did an X-ray and told me I need deep cleaning which is what I have made the appointment for from the get go! Then they said sorry, we can't do it today! We are booked!! I told them I am traveling tomorrow and I live abroad, you have basically wasted my time waiting for the appointment where I could have found another reliable dentist nearby. My only regret is that I did not listen to the 3 star reviews that Poway family dental group have. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This so-called clinic is way outdated, unprofessional, lack of communication and disrespectful stuff. Save yourself time and money and find some other places that is more professional, reliable and caring about patients time and experiences rather than a number to charge the insurance for.

Attempted to schedule a first time appointment at this facility. I was a little irritated as they had to keep calling me back over the last few days because they were putting my information wrong in the system. each time it sounded like they were either at home with their kids or the receptionist next to each other were laughing and talking to loud and I had to keep repeating myself 4-5 times because they could not hear me. I didn’t like my initial encounter over the last few days and decided to cancel. I’m sure the services offered are great but my initial encounter was frustrating and that was enough to make me find somewhere else.
