I'm sorry to say this, but Dr. Dang at this office said I had a cracked tooth, needing a crown, and that I also needed a deep cleaning. I was skeptical, so I went to another dentist a few days later. He said my teeth were fine and I only needed a regular cleaning, which they did a few days later. I saved about $1000. I had experienced a similar falsehood in San Diego years ago.

Would NOT recommend this dentist office. You need to be aware of what your insurance coverage is. What your portion is. What your co-pay is. What codes they are billing your insurance. Who has time for that?
All Dental Group over charged me, maybe they thought I would not take the time to see why "my insurance is not covering multiple procedures".

READ THOROUGHLY:

If you want to be told that they refuse to do a cleaning on your teeth (which is free for you because you get 2 per year through insurance) due to some "deep pockets" and that that you will have to pay ~$250 out of pocket for a "deep cleaning" then this is the Dentist for you.

But wait, it gets better.

Do you want to buy a BS bottle of "special mouthwash" that will cost you ~$60 but you can later go online and look that costs $15? And no I am not talking about a similar brand or similar antibiotic mouthwash, I am talking about 100% the exact same solution.

It gets better.

Do you want to be told that the horrendous price of ~$250 is all you have to pay (because they look up your coverage right there for you on the spot either on the computer or via phone) and then get a letter 1.5 years later from your Insurance company stating that the Dentist did not receive compensation for what they did to you because it isnt covered and you now owe them $500?

So lets summarize:

1. They refuse to do something standard for you that should be free to you.
2. Strong-arm you into doing something else for a very expensive price
3. Sell you something that they claim is necessary when it isnt, and then find out they charged you a few hundreds of percent more increase in what they paid for it.
4. Then come after you like a shark 1.5 years later when it was THEY who priced the services for you and found out your out-of-pocket, not the other way around.

If this sounds like the kind of Dentist you are after then by all means.

P.S. The "deep cleaning" was literally 100% the same as a regular cleaning from other Dentists I have been to. It was done by a Hygienist and she basically only did scaling, used absolutely no anesthetic (which would be the pricier expense for billing purposes) and used some BS mouthwash/antibiotic for the "deep pockets".

Please do not think I am some ignorant rambler with a 1 time bad experience. I went here a couple of times (some family members as well) and it was terrible, this is just the thing that put me over the edge.

My opinion should be fairly credible since I am entering into a Medical Profession myself.

PPS. They changed the name of their practice due to previous bad reviews. If you click on the filtered reviews you will see ones similar to mine and then you will see a ton of fake general reviews most likely written by the secretary on multiple accounts.

When a few friends recommended that I try this dentist in Menifee, I wasn't sure it would be worth the drive when there were other offices dentists a little closer to me, but this office is very nice. The staff are great and the dentist made me feel comfortable and made me feel confident in what procedures needed to be done.

Had a great experience here. The office is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a small issue with my insurance not wanting to cover a cost and this office made all the phone calls for me and got them to pay. The customer service here is great and the dentist is amazing.

Excellent Office. I am actually reviewing again, because every time I go in I am more impressed. top to bottom very top notch. We are blessed to have a dental practice like this in Menifee.
