Dr. Buice is amazing. He is smart and compassionate and listens to me when i bring up concerns. He is responsive to my health needs and explains what he's doing and why. His staff are very kind and work just as hard to make sure my needs are met. I love this office for what its done for me and continues to do for me as a patient.

Avoid at all costs. Rudeness and incompetence are what you will get.

Mom, had been seeing Buice for years. For years I suspected him and his staff were incompetent. Today they proved that. Along with extreme rudeness.

Mom struggled with COPD related issues. Saw Buice for years. Little to no improvement. Finally, in his office, she saw another doctor who immediately diagnosed her as Anemic. She seemed shocked no one had caught it because the condition had become extreme. She prescribed a simple Iron pill that worked wonders. But there’s no money in Iron pills and I’m now certain that’s why the obvious diagnosis was ignored.

Fast forward two years. Mom caught pneumonia. She was in hospital for 8 days. Just released yesterday. We signed her up for home health care services that apparently require the primary physicians signature.

Call Buice’s office. Rude person answer the phone. Doesn’t want to help at all. Hangs up on me. Call back, no answer. Again, no answer. Again, same. Finally they pick up again. Different lady. Same rudeness. I finally tell her ok, if I have to drag my barely home mom back up there to get this done. I ask for appointment. She says she thinks there’s a cancellation next week and maybe then.

Right or wrong, this where I snapped, let them know how rude and unprofessional they were being. Which got snide reply from person on phone. Went all the way off, told them they were useless (among other choice words) and not to worry as we’ll be finding another doctor.

As I’m on phone, another call beeps, and it’s this Dr. Buice himself. He proceeds to berate me and tell me my mom was no longer welcome. Very professional stuff.

Avoid him. He’s terrible. His staff is terrible. And given the results of his “treatment” he is incompetent.

Dr. Buice is very kind and helpful. It’s a breath of fresh air for a doctor to listen and treat your symptoms instead of just prescribing antibiotics and sending you on your way. The nurse who takes your vitals when you come in is always such a sweetheart too. ❤️ I would definitely recommend this office!

I came here today as a walk-in because I'm still sick with the flu... since last Monday! The staff were all very kind and attentive. Dr Buice has a great bedside manner, he was a great listener to my issues and concerns. The office is beautiful and so up to date! His meds cocktail should have finally feeling better 🙏 I recommend this office to everyone!

Never got to see the. Dr. After taking my Temperature And blood pressure And running a flu test that i tested negative for nurse practitioner Came in and it was Down heel from there I never told her she could not examine me All I asked what's where was the doctor she coughed an attitude stormed out of room. Receptionist was great the nurses were great everything was good until I ran into this nurse practitioner after one question she went ballistic. so I paid my bill a $119 I'm still Sick and don't know what Is wrong with me

I would say i had a pretty ok time up here besides a few rude staff. but know if you accidentally miss ONE appointment be prepared to pay 50 dollars

Would have given 0 stars . Be prepared for the follow up visits where they keep charging you 85 dollars to sign you in and collect your money again. I come in with a prescription for blood pressure medication that I have been on for around 7 years. They want to adjust it and have me return in 2 weeks. The adjustment was not beneficial so they adjust it back to what it was originally and then return in 1 month to actually get the script written. 3 visits ,instead of 1 all at around 100 dollars to be seen. Oh ! Dr who? I never even saw the actual doc . Practitioners on all 3 visits. Poor communication skills from the staff along with their attitudes. Don't waste you time and money with this Mickey mouse facility if you need a Dr
