I needed treatment for plantar fasciitis, and dreaded getting a cortisone injection in my heel, but Dr Whittaker is a pro and it was FAR less painful than I expected. And he was quick about it! The best thing is, my foot pain is now totally gone. I’ve been going to Dr Whittaker for quite a few years, usually for broken toes, and feel that I always get the best of care. He is friendly and pleasant, and has a great sense of humor, so visits are definitely easier. When your feet hurt, he’s the best!

I was able to get a next day appointment for a ingrown when all the other Drs were either late July or August. The check in was very easy and organized. Great customer service from front desk to MA and also with Dr. Whiter. I was seen 5 minutes before my appt time. Dr. Whitaker took care of my problem and was on way pain free and very satisfied with service by Dr. Whitaker. Recommend Highly.

I saw Dr Whitaker for a second opinion. He was honest and straightforward when I met him. He was able to schedule my surgery and reconstruct my foot completely. It was a big risk to take in trusting another surgeon after my previous experience. I am so glad to be here today with happy and healthy results. Excellent work!

I saw Dr Whitaker 6 years ago I had two bunions removed never had a problem since his bedside manners are very kind he listens he's compassionate and just recently I had to go back with pain and the foot that I had the surgery on and it ended up being neuromas he gave me a cortisone injection those things usually are extremely painful but he had a way of doing it that I didn't hardly feel it at all. I've always been very pleased the front office staff are wonderful his assistant was very pleasant and courteous. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

I had an ingrown toenail. The nurse and Dr Whitaker were thorough in care and explanation. I am thrilled. 100% recovered and feel confident about continued improvement. Atmosphere was professional. Doctor was prompt. Office was business-like. I moved my chair in the waiting room because the seating arrangement made it so everyone FACED the wall. Weird. I moved it back of course to be courteous but a very unfriendly waiting room and to be honest, that doesn't matter when you get excellent care with a professional staff!!! I highly recommend Dr. Whitaker.

Awful customer service by staff. If a doctor makes a decision to put gatekeepers between himself and his patients, he’s responsible for their behavior. My wife had an appointment at 9:30 and arrived on time. She had preregistered online. After sitting there for 15 minutes while the receptionist Ari-something I couldn’t understand dealt with two other people, she told my wife she was late and would have to reschedule. “Ari” said my wife didn’t do the preregistration online, which she had done, but apparently something was missing in their system. How is that our problem? My wife has been suffering with an infected ingrown toenail for two weeks now and has to wait two more weeks to see a different podiatrist. Horrible customer service; avoid this place.
