Ashley and her staff helped me to build strength and control intense pain as I waited 2 years for knee replacement surgery. After surgery last week everyone has been amazed at how little pain I have and how good my range of movement is, thanks to the therapy protocol that Ashley had me follow prior to surgery. I have had a wonderful experiences with all the staff. They made me feel so comfortable and are very knowledgeable and skilled. I ended my PT on my spine. and my feet with great results. The spine related pain and nerve issues are completely resolved. My feet are a lot stronger and I have less pain and I was instructed in all of the exercises I need to do to at home to continue improving. I have had a very positive outcome and highly recommend ON TRAX PT.
