I went to 6 therapy sessions with this company. I had a school exam and a lot of homework and major life changes when coming onto my last recent session. I missed the start time and resulted with a $135 dollar charge more than i have paid for 6 sessions alone. They are supposed to help with mental health but instead made me stress even more to make ends meet. I tried to see if i could dispute or reverse the charge but they care more about the money then helping people out. I will be looking elsewhere. Very disappointed with the staff. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Sessions were given before insurance auth complete by your billing dept then charged me over $600 unexpectedly & without my authorization. Not happy with that or how much time is lost during every session waiting for Zoom connection to come back in synch. In person visits should be possible now! And what's up with the 3rd street address and no actual office or staff there Why is it always so difficult to reach someone directly?

Doctor said he would file some FMLA paperwork for me on Thursday, definitely in by Friday. During my session the following week, we got sidetracked and I forgot to ask if it was done. Had to run it down from the other side and they hadn’t received anything at all. There is no way to contact the Dr. directly other than a text number. Only response I’ve gotten is “your clinician will be contacting you”.

Absolutely horrible customer service, no one knows anything and can’t answer a simple question. They also charge you a monthly $40 fee that’s not covered by insurance. The therapist was great, but stay away from the company.
