These people never answer the phone. You leave a VM and they do not return your call. I met with a nuero psy who had no idea why I was there and completely unprepared for my initial treatment. I was stood up for my second telemedicine session. Then I was was told I was scheduled for a third session on Saturday morning, but the appointment was set for 1230pm. When I went to log in before 1230, the portal showed I did not have any appointments. Seek treatment elsewhere.

Never answer the phone total waste of time.
Been waiting over 24 hours for a call back found someplace else.
My insurance pays for MD live so I never have to leave the home.

Totally incompetent when it comes to billing. Although the therapist was nice, I would tell anyone to NOT use this company because of their inability to answer questions about billing, or process your insurance. I had one session in October 2022, and they were unable to tell me how much it would cost me. I called the therapy office every day, and I was told by the front desk that "Billing has not called me back yet." I told them I would not be back for another session until they could provide me with the information I requested. Finally, FOUR MONTHS LATER, I received a bill. Stay away from Empower Mental Health.

Nightmare on Central Ave.... gave my credit card as required, but never was billed, due to a change in their billing provider, per receptionist! Well, after waiting since July 2022 til Feb. 2023, I got a bill for total of $100.00. Don't bother with this poorly run outfit, there are WAY BETTER service providers out there!!!!!!
