The entire office staff was so friendly and professional! I had made a few health accommodation requests and they were very respectful of them. They just focused on making sure that I was comfortable. I would definitely recommend them! They also have convenient hours and a central location.

Worst dental group ever! In the 5 years, 10+ visits it’s always been a new dentist.
I have been cut and bled for 2 hours, lied to several times, they will not follow thru with their word and their work is beyond horrible! I had a front tooth replaced. It looks like a piece of chicklet gum. I was promised it would be replaced with no cost and they are not honoring their word and are now saying the only option is a $7000 implant. Plus, I had a back molar filled less than a year ago and it has already deteriorated and fallen out.
The current dentist briefly looked at it, lied and said I needed a root canal and a crown. I questioned, “I think it’s already had a root canal”. He stood up and walked away without another word.
No integrity! No respect! Lying!
The one exception is Connor.
Connor has witnessed a lot and has tried to do right.
The rest of the group and many Drs have not.

The tooth is now gone. It’s been less than a year and they’re still not honoring their word.
Beware!
I think I’m going to reach higher. ADA? Etc…

Ms. Mary is the best hygienist ever. She was so gentle and advised me what she was going to be doing. She answered all my questions in great detail and seemed very friendly with other patients and her colleagues.

Okay, I really dislike going to the dentist. And when I say "dislike," I mean HATE! But it's a fact of life that we all need good dental health. The alternative is a faceful of bad chompers that cause you lots of pain and suffering -- not to mention all that mad money from those lucrative smile modeling contracts you'd miss out on if your toofers represented your face poorly.

So, if you gotta go to the dentist, why not go to one that offers the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff, the most expert care, the most hi-tech and super clean environment, and the perfect location.

But don't get me wrong, as wonderful as I think Centercare Dental Group is, I’ll always dislike going to the dentist!

I had the most frustrating experience at this dentist office. Scheduling appointments with them is a nightmare; they consistently cancel and reschedule, leaving me in limbo each time. Today was the last straw—I had an appointment at 3 pm and waited until 3:30 without being seen. I finally walked out, fed up with their utter disregard for their patients' time and schedules. I will not be returning to this chaotic and unprofessional establishment.

That place had 2 year they do my treatment and didn't completely they send me a 4 different doctor's but they doesn't complete my treatment and don't worry for that I so mad but I don't know what I need to do..

I have severe dental phobia, to the point that I would shake uncontrollably calling the office for an appointment. I had hypnosis to help overcome it with limited success. The entire staff has been very supportive and extra kind to me when I needed a root canal and an extraction. They did everything they possibly could to make me as comfortable as possible. They also do excellent work and are very responsive to questions and problems. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a dentist.

I had been going to Center Care Dental Group for quite a number of years when Anel and Dr. Steen were still there. They had a great team back then! I needed 2 implants and had paid approximately $6,000. The implant process started in December 2019. Here we are almost 4 years later, and I still do not have my implants, just the abutments, and this piece called a flipper! Dr. Steen retired, Anel resigned and so did quite a few of their staff. Staff turnover is high, and they don’t ever answer the phone when you call. I’m so very disappointed with this dentistry that I would not recommend them to anyone. Now, I have to find another dentistry to finish the job! I’m very unhappy, and this is not acceptable.
