Had a crown break off! Got in the next day! Helpful instructions over the phone, friendly greetings and warm staff upon arrival. Got right in the chair for prompt, caring and amazing service. Dr. Perno was thoughtful, gentle, and made me feel at home. They all did. The view from the dentist chair can't be beat! My crown was fixed and I was given a thorough exam. I had work to be done but there was no pressure. Met with JoJo to go over costs and options - again no pressure. Got another appointment for next steps and a cleaning in a week! It was a great visit! Did I just really say that about a trip to the dentist? Yes, I did! 🙂

I was in a lot of pain for over a month and my primary dentist (not at HIGHRISE) kept telling me to give it time that the pain would subside after getting new fillings.

Thankfully HIGHRISE was able to get me in and double check the fillings. The dentist found the problem and was able to take care of me same day giving me instant pain relief. I’m finally able to sleep well and with no pain thanks to them.
Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I followed protocol and "scheduled" a new patient visit Friday 6/7 pending "confirmation" (appt selected was open and available).
I never received a confirmation. I tried to call the office and leave a message early Monday morning, phone rang then hung up. Tried 4 times. Only way to contact was leave a "message". Arrived at 0630. Phone rings at 0645 n caller states "unfortunately we no longer have that appointment". SERIOUSLY?
Lack of follow up and follow through. Business must be good if this is how they treat NEW patients.
There are plenty of dentists around. I will take my teeth and go elsewhere.

I highly recommend Highrise Dental if you are looking for customer service, professionalism, and quality of care. They helped me from my first call to my first appointment and follow-up cleaning—all top-notch. I also like that it is a small practice and that I did not feel like I was a random number. They made me feel important to them. I feel fortunate and relieved to have found Highrise Dental after having my previous dentist and hygienist for over 30 years.

Today I was pleasantly surprised at my very first visit to this practice.
Everyone from the office manager to all the hygienists, dental assistants and Dr. P was so friendly, caring, kind & professional. I really appreciated my thorough ultra sonic cleaning along with the care and concern shown by Kristy B.
Btw, the views from all the rooms are some of the best Phoenix has to offer! Mountains, clear blue sky, city-scapes, very relaxing office atmosphere.

Upon my arrival staff was ready and quick to get me seated. The Dental hygenist was very detailed, thorough and gentle. The Doctor provided detailed information of my examination and expectations.
