The therapists here are very skilled and the staff are nice, but my experience with their systems has been disappointing this time around. The pre-appointment links they sent did not work despite repeated calls and resets by office staff; emails threaten to cancel your appointment if you don’t fill out the forms that you can’t actually access; even after double-checking the cost and being assured of my copay amount they ended up charging more; there are now cheesy videos that seem designed to upsell you on additional cash-only services. If I weren’t in pain, these annoyances might have been less bothersome. But something has changed at this place.

Dr. Sean is great. He takes care of you, he knows how to talk to you, he’s also great at providing you with the knowledge and information you need. He has a lot of knowledge as well as the equipment to help you. Him and his equipment really helped me get my shoulder back to 100%. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I highly recommend Kyle Flood! I’m very pleased with the care he provided. I came in with a severe grade 3 AC separation, and did not think I would recover without surgery. Kyle assured me I would, and worked with me every step of the way. I’m now almost 100%, and have no doubt I’ll be there very soon. I’m pain free with full range of motion, and quickly gained all of my strength back and more under his care.

Kyle was caring, honest, and knew how to treat every issue or concern I had. He took to the time to answer all of my questions, explained why we did certain exercises and how it would help my shoulder, checked-in on me, and was available if I had questions outside of our sessions. He listened and tailored the exercises to all of the sports I enjoy doing in addition to what was needed to heal. He’s an excellent doctor. If you need PT, this is the guy!

I highly recommend Dr. Britnie! I saw her for some physical therapy to help prep for labor and delivery. She is so incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and sweet! She worked on exercises with me and put together an at-home exercise plan specifically tailored to my desires for my birth. She explained the why behind everything to help me truly understand what exactly each exercise was accomplishing. I had an amazing birth experience, and I think working with Dr. Britnie played a HUGE part in it.
