This review is only about the horrible experience I received over the phone this morning from the person who calls to set up appointments. This individual needs some serious training and people skills. I am trying to find care for me and my family. So being a first time ,possible patient, I was hoping for great service at the beginning. I was wrong. I asked what was the cash price and what came with it. All the individual kept saying was what I wouldn’t get. That was not the question I asked so clearly not listening to the patient already, this is a bad sign. Then they kept getting aggressive in their speech to the point she hung up on me. I know people are behind the phone and have bad days, but leave it at home when you come to work. Avoid this place if you want the customer/patient service that is friendly from the beginning. This was not a good experience. Again this is not a review about the doctors and how they take care of you. Simply bad service from the beginning.

First visit with Dr Weintrub went very well. Have experienced several years of pain in my feet caused from chemo treatments and I now have hope there may be a solution in the near future.

Great experience with Dr. Weintraub. He examined my foot and gave me options due to having severe rheumatoid arthritis which has affected my toes and feet. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I left the office with a game plan. The staff was pleasant and explained everything that was going to happen from my billing to xrays. Highly recommend!
