Please don't ever send your child here and if you have to don't leave the room! They pulled my sons tooth without numbing it and told him to stop crying because its disrespectful and rude. If you read the review previously there is also complaint that one of the assistance pinched a child.

UPDATE 2, ZERO STARS! I HATE THIS PLACE!!! We went to my child's appointment 30 minutes early so she could have the juice and be ready at appointment time...that didn't happen we sat there for 30 minutes then they took us back went over everything and gave her the juice we sat there for another hour before they called her back..my child has had the juice 2 other times and she's never waited an hour AFTER TAKING IT to be seen! We told the girl that the juice had kicked in but my child waited another 40m so by the time she went back the juice was no longer making her tired...my daughter told the lady she was scared and once she was back in the room she got really scared and started crying and didn't want to lay down the lady was VERY RUDE! She didn't comfort my child she didn't tell her it was ok she didn't explain why she needed the tooth out nothing she told her as she was to old to be acting like that ...my child is 8 and then told me mom she's to old to be doing this ? SHE'S 8! SHE'S TO OLD TO BE SCARED HOW DOES THAT WORK SHES 8! anyways I finally get her to lay down she gets strapped in but she's still upset and saying she's scared the lady goes she's not going to calm down with an attitude and tells me they aren't pulling her infected tooth unstraps her tells me to make another appointment for sedation.... after missing a day of school not being able to eat or drink anything and sitting for and waiting for an hour and a half to get it done I was absolutely pissed I called to complain and that didn't go well they pretty much made me the person in the wrong like I don't have a right to be mad since I've been trying to get this handled since NOVEMBER!. ....my child did not get her tooth removed now they aren't answering the phone or returning my calls! This place is unprofessional and a joke bout to call better business on them

UPDATE!!!... my child has to wait another 2 weeks to get her abscess tooth removed! I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY DON'T HAVE ANY EMERGENCY CARE PROVIDED! this is ridiculous... Was hoping for emergency care since it is and INFECTED TOOTH!

Ever since they changed to wild West dental and got new people I absolutely hate this place ... Thanks for the no call back... Funny you can call me 1,000 times harassing me to make a stupid well check up appointment but I call with something that's actually going on and leave a message and you don't even have the decency to call me back smdh

I've been coming here for as long as I can remember! They are all friendly and they have great service! I recommend this place for all kids!

I used to go there when I was 6 and 7, they wouldn't let my mom come back with me , they did some unnecessary teeth pulling, and I was always strapped to the table if I got up even before they were doing stuff, plus when I was younger I didn't like the nose thing and my mom had asked for them to just use the numbing stuff with the needle and they refused and yelled at my mom and after I went back the last time I got upset because it hurt so one of the ladys pinched me and told me that if I didn't stop crying she'd tell my mom I was a bad kid and I didn't want them to do that so I'd stop and I went back after and told my mom and then I never went back after that.

They never answer the phone, always wanting to move appointments. And they take forever to call you back to be seen.

My toddler is 3 years old and she told me she was scared to go to the dentist when we talked about it night before and morning of. I was very anxious that she would become combative and possibly need sedation just to look in her mouth. But these guys were awesome! She managed to get an X-ray of her teeth, flossing and cleaning and she let the dentist take a look and count! She brought her Sisu dragon with her to feel safe but I ended up holding onto it the entire time! Very relaxed environment, it takes a special group of people to do Childrens dentistry and this is definitely the group!
