I first went to see Bakersfield Sports Medicine way back in either late April or early May of 2023. They were recommended to me by a fellow table tennis member of the Bakersfield Table Tennis Club. I had severe pain on my right ankle. It was swollen, I could barely walk and any movement has a pain associated with it.

I showed Adam the MRI report which to me seemed like the end of world as far as playing table tennis or go hiking again. Adam assured me my condition was curable and it would take time to make the necessary adjustments and proper exercises. Adam was extremely attentive to the slow progress and was able to make adjustments when I felt pain. Tony came in to pinch hit once when Adam had a day off.

The treatment continued mostly twice a week, sometimes once a week, I slowly regain my ability to walk normally albeit slowly. I finished my treatment the end of September. I do still feel a slight pain but about 85% of the original pain is gone. I am able to play table tennis again. Thank you Adam for your help.

Excellent therapist, very caring and helpful. Adam was so helpful with my dad who is 90yrs old. He was able to get him off of walker after surgery and on to a cane. Thank you!
