One of the greatest experiences I had with a dental office, starting from the front desk staff to Dr.Jamah himself. If you need an oral
surgeon,, look no further. Dr.Jamah is truly the best. He is extremely patient and takes the time to actually listen to you, unlike other dentists. He’s extremely knowledgeable and goes over every detail to make sure you know what services will be done.

I had oral surgery with Dr.Jamah to clean out a painful infection a previous dentist left behind after a tooth extraction. The infection was really bad and caused problems with my front bridge and even bone mass. Dr.Jamah performed the oral surgery under sedation, making me comfortable and at ease the whole time. His staff was also very attentive and friendly. In addition, I was given the option of a dental implant to improve my teeth health and longevity instead of keeping my bridge. I never knew that was even something I can do and after Dr explained the benefits of a dental implant vs. a bridge, I made the decision to get the implant. I do appreciate how he was not pushy and nor did he make me feel obligated to get certain services.

Grateful that Dr.Jamah was able to fix everything and I appreciate his dedication on getting my front teeth to look good as new. An extended thank you to him and his lovely staff.

Regards,
Shireen

On the 3rd of July I had a deep cleaning and 2 extractions by Doctor Jamah. I was sedated and my experience was amazing! Doctor Jamah and his staff took such great care of me. They made sure that I was comfortable that I wasn't in any pain. They played my favorite music station K-LOVE while I was waiting for the sedation to relax me. I was very happy with my experience there. Doctor Jamah is kind, he's funny and the staff really cares about The patient's comfort, I was covered with a blanket that I got to take home. My husband was offered something cool to drink and snacks while he waited for me. I didn't have any problems after my extractions. I was back to work on the following Monday I didn't have to miss any activities I was able to go to a barbecue on the 4th of July And walk to see the fireworks with my family. My husband had extractions a few months ago by Dr. Sani Zaidi and my son had his wisdom teeth taken by her today. They're both really happy with their experience. God is good! We highly recommend Silicon Valley Dental Center!

Great experience. I phoned up in a lot of pain one Saturday, and even though they weren’t open the doctor met me at the surgery to take a look and prescribe me some antibiotics. He then quickly got me booked in quickly for the procedure I needed - which went really well. There are obviously a lot of great dentists around, but Dr Jamah provides the best quality service. Would highly recommend.

I came in for a Consultation and an X-Ray.
I had done extensive research with the hopes of finding a Dentist who displays integrity and good character. Like many other people, I have a fear of going to the Dentist and was reluctant to go. However, I needed to do something, to be informed and for the preparation of what is necessary. I came in to recieve a proper assessment of the condition of my teeth, what permanent options I have and any temporary if applicable.
When the Dentist spoke with me, he came across as indifferent, rude and insensitive. He asked if I had a history of drug use (meth). I told him no, only Marijuana and alcohol in the past. When I gave him that answer, It was not up for debate. It was a statement of fact that I meant when I stated it the first time I said NO. He then said "Hmm are you sure? No drug use? At all?" I told him NO again. Absolutely not. Yet his response clearly was one where he chose to believe otherwise. He stated it looks like I had a history of drug use based on the condition of my teeth. I had already disclosed to him what caused this. I also disclosed that not even 3 years ago my teeth were NOT in this condition. While he shared what options I had, he stressed that I could choose the "Poor me poor me poor me route"or to do xy and z which is something I cannot yet afford. When I asked about temp options I meant referring to any method that could cover the current condition of my teeth ONLY while I REALISTICALLY work towards my ability to afford a permanent option. To that he responded in a way that suggested It would only be used to put off what was necessary. Dentistry is expensive. It's no secret. People go through REAL THINGS in life. You do not tell a person that they can choose a "poor me" attitude due to the fact that they cannot abruptly afford $30,000.00. As if I am deciding to have a woah as me attitude because I cant fork out $30000. It is a realistic question that many people have.

I did not go into that office asking for sympathy. I answered the questions with transparency due to the reality of what is. Communicating in the only way I know how the reason why I was there.

The women at the front desk were kind, professional, and just overall nice people. A drastic jump from what I experienced with this dentist.
I came in there today hopeful and with a positive outlook. I walked out of there angry, upset and wishing I had NEVER gone. Character is extremely important to me. I didn't disclose and confront my fears to be told I could choose the poor me route. Or for the insinuation that I asked for temporary options to put off solutions. Last, when a person tells you NO it means NO. It was extraordinarily offensive to ask more than once when I had already given an absolute answer.

Whether he was just simply careless today, or became too cocky and complacent in the process of time I don't know. I don't take it lightly. Not everyone disclosing their fears is a "poor me" kind of person. If you have that outlook then you should remove those questions from the intake forms. So people aren't automatically judged.

The women there are so wonderful they deserve 10 stars. Both Denise and Golda. There was one more but I forgot her name.

I believe reviews should be a true representation of what occured. Not a fabrication full of bias nor an account that steers away from what was in order to paint someone in an unfavorable light.

That said, I hope no one ever experiences the same.

My 90 year-old Mom needed major dental work and Dr. Jamah and his staff were able
to help her. Her age, health concerns and neglected oral care were not a deterrent. They were willing to evaluate her needs and recommend as well as discuss a treatment plan. All the different options and costs were discussed upfront. They took the time to answer all our questions and were willing to accommodate her mobility challenges. The entire staff is professional and knowledgeable. We felt welcomed and appreciated. During the surgery the staff were genuinely concerned for Mom and her outcome. As a result of their skills and expertise, my Mom was able to resume her normal level of activity the next day even though she had major surgical intervention. She had no pain, issues, complications or complaints. We highly recommend Dr. Jamah and his staff for your dental needs.
