I changed dentists because my prior dentist no longer accepted my insurance. I got lucky switching to Loving Family Dental. I received a complete review and evaluation by Kerrie (spelling) the dental hygenist and Dr. Tim Loving. I told Kerrie I suffer from dental phobia. She was very understanding and accommodating,, using numbing gel around my dental bridges. I had a very thorough cleaning and no pain! I am very pleased with the treatment received. I would high recommend Loving Family Dental.

Today was my first visit to Loving Family Dental. I had read reviews and spoken with friends prior to my appointment. I had heard many positive things about them, but my experience this morning far exceeded my expectations. Everyone I had contact with was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The most effective dental care visit overall! My hygienist was brilliant in knowledge, constant communication and skills development! She was not the original person to be assigned to me but God was in charge and he knew what I needed. Thank you so much for your care and attention to detail! I also appreciate the receptionist who took my call and then processed the billing for my insurance company. And thank you to the dentist for listening and understanding my source of pain and suffering in recent months, it is not easy to have to tell new doctors of the violence one has endured and the ongoing trauma of disparity within our public safety system. Everyone at the Loving Dentist Office was prepared professional and treated me with dignity and respect. I thank you sincerely.

Upon arrival after a 5 hour flight to meet up with my wife for a vacation in Scottsdale, I was suffering from an extremely painful toothache. My wife immediately called Loving Family Dentistry and was able to book an appointment for me that afternoon after explaining my situation. The reception staff greeted me warmly and a technician very professionally and quickly X-rayed the affected area. Doctor Loving diagnosed an abscess, and made a call to a specialist in root canals and fast tracked me to get it taken care of that day. The combination of professionalism and urgency that she showed was above and beyond anything I expected. By the next day I was pain free. This was an amazing experience and I will forever be grateful!

Had the best experience with Monique, my dental hygienist. She listened to all my concerns and was extremely helpful during my entire appointment. She made sure I walked out having the best knowledge on how to take care of my teeth day to day. She also recommended a prescription tooth paste for my teeth sensitivity. I would love to her have again!

Great experience at Loving Family Dental in Fountain Hills. Getting a bridge done with Dr Jonathan Keller and it couldn’t have been a better experience. He thoroughly explained what he was going to do before we started to put me at ease. It went very smoothly and i was in and out of the office a lot faster than I had initially thought. Will continue to visit this office for all my dental needs. Thanks Dr Keller!
