Used to come here all the time. Called about a week and a half ago to make my first appointment in over a year. The receptionist took my name and insurance information and told me it would be $26 at my appointment which was today. I get there, and the first thing off was the receptionist did not acknowledge me or seem to notice I was there signing the sign in page until I put the pen back. Then they couldn't find the information to bill my insurance, the insurance they checked on a week and a half ago. My coverage includes in and out of network visits at the same cost, but because they couldn't find whatever it was they needed to verify, they said I would either need to pay cash which was over $100 or come back another time. Not the service you want when you have neck and back pain. I left without service and will not be returning.

I have used Dr Cole exclusively over the years as his treatment for my various back issues were resolved in a proffessional manner using real chiropractic methods and not the over the top treatments others use. I agree with others he does listen and knows exactly what the issues are. I trust Dr Cole and feel very comfortable with his services to set my back into good health again.
