The wait time . Getting an appointment is not easy due to the doctor or physician's assistant not regularly being avaliable and one's appointment being canceled and rescheduled fairly often. It's a 50:50 hit or miss in the competancy and care regarding the staff and nurses. The doctor and PA seem compitant and compassionate, but unable to handle paperwork and anything beyond a basic prescription. If you need a prior authorization, need documents signed regarding your health, etc. Good luck! It's like pulling teeth. It's not a lack of care, but competancy regarding legal, documentation, and insurance issues. I would rate this office at 3.5 stars out of five. The receptionist needs the most improvement, followed by some of the nurses, and the doctor/PA only need improvement in legal. The doctor/PA truly seem to do their job well (healing the sick). And I thank them for it!

4.5 real stars! Great improvement from appointments to far less wait time. In and out in 45min. Nurses, great! Helpful, kind, professional. PA, great, patient, discusses options, but cares about patients overall health.

Dr. M is the best! I have had looked for a real doctor for a number of years now. Dr.M met me where I was with my condition and has been a huge advocate for my care and recovery! I can. It say enough great this about her as well as her staff!

The policies in place are not in line with whats best for the patient, the doctor or the staff. It is wrong to ask for a physical copy of an insurance card as opposed to an electronic copy in 2024. Also, when a patient does not have a physical copy, they are asked to cancel their appointment and go home. Let’s please make it a smoother process for all. Thank you!

I would say my experience has and treatment has improved. The notification reminders help a lot in this busy world, so I don’t miss my appointment. The staff a very nice and professional. Doctor is thorough and I feel safe in her hands. Thanks for taking such good care of me!

Have been going to Madera Ranchos for several years and this was the first time I changed to see Dr. Mudunuri. What a blessing she is. She has a empathetic and professional bedside manner. Immediately recognized that my arm trauma was serious and begin efficiently working on urgent wound care referral. She partnered with me and was thorough in her explanation of her plan as well as answering any and all questions I had. It was evident she cared about me and my medical care. That has not always been my experience in the past. I appreciate all my Adventist Health specialists (they are exemplary) and am relieved to have her on my medical journey. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for medical care.my only complaint is the time element waiting for appts. Unless you have the first appointment of the day, the wait time is 1 hour or longer. I had been told (while stopped on the highway for a wreck) that if I arrived more than 10 minutes late my appointment would be cancelled. So shouldn’t they hold themselves to this rigid timeline? Perhaps they should not overbook.
