They made me waste my time and 1hr of work. The girl who scheduled my appointment 2 weeks ago verified they took my insurance. I arrived to my appointment only to be told by the older lady at the front desk that they don't take my insurance. The younger girl offered to call my insurance and get approval but the older lady kept giving excuses and was very rude about the situation. Customer service at its best!

If there was a way for me to give this location zero stars I would. Dr. Vouch K. Lun does not care for her Patients and she doesn’t act professional. She treats her patients like they were just ordering food. Does not give any kind of medical advice and just asks what you came for and sends you on your way. She yells at all of her patients and staff and she lacks what’s most important in being in the health care field and that’s empathy. If you don’t have any kind of empathy towards your patients then you should switch to a different profession. If you want actual medical advice and help then stay away from here.

Clinic, Dr. Kevin O'Reilly and staff 5 stars. Safe, welcoming clinic.
4 stars only because I'm insecure driving streets in San Bernardino, still learning.
But large parking lot & handicap parking in back... just a narrow entry along building to get to it. Staff let you walk from Handicap area in back through back door... just walk all way up isle to front lobby to sign in. Everyone was very nice.

They are very efficient, and stay as close to the appointment time as scheduled. They take the time to listen and answer all the questions I can throw at them. And they have not ever seem to be in a rush like other places I've been to.

The two ladies are always only on the computer not attending nobody and and they give you attitude for asking a simple question. Waited an hour before we got seen or talked to about. Do not recommend this place until they upgrade their staff. Or make changes

Highly recommended ! I’ve been going here b4 Covid and once the world began to open back up I was unsure if they weathered the storm but blessed our thee from the beginning the staff was and are amazing so thank you all #im20minawaylol#

I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS HAPPEN HERE. I HAVE SEEN BOTH THE MALE AND FEMALE DOCTOR AND THEY ARE BOTH GREAT, BUT THE FEMALE DR. GIVES ME MY SHOTS IN MY FEET AND THEY HURT BUT SHE MAKES THEM BEARABLE AND THEY ARE WORKING !!

spoke with staff a few times and doctor herself was very friendly but a lady today had a very aggressive and rude tone with me this morning for no reason, i was very kind and gave her no reason to act that way towards me
