I read, when I scheduled my appointment, that Anthony Benigno was certified to evaluate adults with ASD as well as children, but all the antiquated tests that I took for more than 3 hours were clearly designed for children. I'm honestly not confident that anyone at this shady insurance scam is able to diagnose many children either, except perhaps the most obvious cases that any mom could diagnose herself.

When will the American healthcare system offer brain scans to diagnose people instead of quacks like this?

I was completely appalled at the treatment we received. The psychiatrist acted as if he had never experienced the behavior of an autistic 3 year old. He just kept complaining that my child was very persistent at getting certain toys that he didn't want him to play with,but had the cabinet open to where my child could see some preferred toys. I'm glad I don't have to return here. Very unpleasant experience. Very unprofessional, the front desk staff was even unprofessional as well.

On the day of my appointment, I got a call a few hours before telling me my appointment was canceled and I needed to reschedule. I tried calling back and couldn't get through. I sent a text and was told they would call back. They were contacting everyone scheduled for the day to let them know all appointments were being canceled, so once they were done they would reach out. I got no call, text, or email after that. I reached out 7 DAYS LATER and was told they were not taking any appointments due to the Nurse Practitioner ending their contract, and they could not assist. NEVER would I reschedule with them. I plan to contact my primary so she knows how they handle business.

I will give this phichiatric medical office 5stars they are professional they listen to your need of seeking better mental health and I didn't have to wait more than 2minutes to be seen 5 stars all day and all night thanks for being professional and listening to my concerns I greatly appreciate it
