I agree with other reviews that this dentistry has issues. Firstly, there are instances of overcharging and deception.

I visited this dentistry with my son for a routine cleaning and examination. Following the appointment, they charged me a $10 copay. I inquired if they had confirmed this copay with my insurance, to which the receptionist assured me they had. However, I have held this insurance for over 10 years and have never been charged a copay before. Despite my reservations about the charge, I made the payment and stepped outside to contact my insurance company.

Upon speaking with my insurance representative, they offered to directly communicate with the dentistry office. With the speakerphone activated, I returned to the office, where the assistant verified with my insurance provider over the phone that no copay was required. They assured me of a refund and mentioned they would contact me once the insurance personnel were available. However, I never received any follow-up call or refund. Then I texted the receptionist, they surprisingly claimed that the fee had nothing to do with my insurance and that they would refund it as a "courtesy" (what!!). This discrepancy in their explanation is concerning and reflects poorly on their honesty.

Furthermore, Dr. Sadrian diagnosed a cavity in my son's tooth and urged immediate treatment. Seeking a second opinion, I visited another pediatric dentist, only to discover that there was no cavity at all. This raises doubts about the accuracy and necessity of treatments recommended by this dentistry.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at ABC Children's Dentistry. I brought my two children in for a routine cleaning last December and everything went wrong from the start. The receptionist, Jasmine, asked for a $10 copay, which was surprising since our dental insurance policy allows for four free cleanings per year and no office visit copay. I refused to pay it.

After the cleaning, the dentist suggested sealing, and Jasmine said there would be a copay. When I questioned her, she said there would be no extra charge because my children hadn't visited in the past year. We scheduled an appointment for sealing in January, and I expected no further costs for these two visits.

However, at the beginning of this year, I started receiving phone calls during meetings from ABC Children's Dentistry regarding a $100 balance ($50 per child) for the December visit. They demanded that I pay over the phone. I contacted my insurance provider and our insurance administrator to verify the charges, and we discovered that the dentistry performed X-rays annually, in contravention of the rule of two X-rays per 24 months. Furthermore, they failed to inform me of the additional cost for the X-rays. It is rare for dental insurance to allow X-rays every 12 months, but this seemed to be par for the course for this incompetent office.

When I explained that this should not be my responsibility because they failed to do their duties, they did not listen. To make matters worse, when I requested that they send me a bill to better understand how they charged me, I received a bill for over $300, with no detailed explanation for the additional charges. In the email, they confirmed $100 would be all, with no extra charges after that. They threatened to turn the bill over to collections if I did not pay for it. That is a scam. I have never experienced anything like this in many years of dental cleaning.

I have since cancelled all appointments for my children with this dishonest and unethical dentistry. This has been an absolutely horrific experience, and I strongly urge anyone looking for a pediatric dentist to stay away from ABC Children's Dentistry.

Good place to take my kids. They care about their patients and try their best to save teeth when they can. They also do many preventative treatments here and my daughter hasn’t had any cavities. My son waited to long between appointments and got some cavities which we are now getting filled in 4 separate appointments. They’ve done a good job so far and are very good with scheduling and making sure we get everything we need. I wish I could come to them for dental work!

I have been a patient here since I was a teenager, and I believe Dr. Roya Sadrian does a great job at being kind and gentle. However, some assistants at the receptionist could improve on their attitude, and I only had one bad experience with another dentist flossing my teeth harshly. Overall, it is decent dentistry.🦷🪥

Dr. S and her assistant Atoosa are a wonderful team. They are very gentle and caring. The whole staff made my daughters first dental visit very pleasant. I would highly recommend them.

Love this office. It was my daughter’s first time at the dentist and Dr. Sadrian and her assistant were incredibly gentle and welcoming. My daughter is almost 2 and they were so sweet with her and she did incredibly well in the chair. They provided me with education and support. I left there feeling very confident in caring for my daughter’s dental needs.

Today was our first visit with ABC Dentistry...I am so impressed with this office. They took our temperature and we waited outside to be called in. My daughter had a traumatic experience at our old dentist that put a fear of the dentist in her. Within 30 seconds my daughter was smiling and very comfortable. I’m so grateful we found this dentist office. They are a great group and I highly recommend them.
