I love this dentist office. Going to the dentist has always been very stressful for me and something that I have avoided. I expressed this on my first visit and they were more than understanding. I have had three visits with them over the last year and a half. They always do everything they can to make me feel comfortable and go out of their way to give me the best experience possible. I’m starting to gain the confidence to go without fear and they are helping me to get my dental health back on track.

I had a great experience in this clinic. The staffs were so accommodating and the dentist who extracted my wisdom tooth did a great job. I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone. God bless us all.

We have been going to this office for years. Dr. Marchon is a good dentist and has always been so nice and explains things well. He was the only reason why we kept on coming here despite being unhappy and always having issues with the front desk. The reason for the 1 star is for the front office staff. There is constant mistakes and errors with the front desk with scheduling and billings in which they will never admit to or own up to. They constantly make excuses as if it’s the patients fault or come up with excuses that is of no fault to them specifically Carmen. Although, one time there was one staff that did admit and apologize once for a canceling schedule error but of course once we brought that up to Carmen she tries to go back and say it was not an error. We’re human, I get we make mistakes. Own up to your mistakes and error and apologize and fix it. Simple. This went on for years and it continue to happen until the last issue and we said that is enough. No point in complaining to anyone because there are no consequences as they’ll have each other backs. So the error and mistakes will continue. Do your self a favor and find another dentist. You’ll save the headache and frustration. No dentist is worth dealing with these front desk staff.

Superb place. Love the dentists. Very efficient and knowledable. Staff very friendly and professional. I moved 15 miles away and keep this place while change all others nearby, but this one is worth the drive.

Dr. Chona Ebalo-Villanueva is the best dentist in the area. She is our family dentist for over 10+ years and counting. I would 100% recommend her work. We are thankful for her genuine care for our family health and can not thank her and her team enough.

Dr. Chona is seriously the best dentist I’ve ever been to. My husband and I spent years looking for an honest and caring dentist and when we were referred to Dr. Chona about 10+ years ago we were elated. I don’t mind having to drive from San Leandro to Milpitas to be seen by her. Both my kids also love her and have been going to her since they were 18 months old. I don’t think I’ve ever trusted a dentist as much as I trust Dr. Chona. I don’t know what I will do when the time comes for her to retire. Shes definitely irreplaceable.
