Thank you Dr. James Longobardy! My wife can now walk comfortably. When other doctors wouldn't do anything, you went straight to work, same day, and removed my wife's toe pain. She is happy as can be. I highly recommend doctor James Longobardi in Chula Vista.

Wow, after so many years of pain, I am so glad I found Absolute Foot Care! I went in complaining of pain due to fungus on nails & as a result ingrown toe nails! Doctor Que and the very attentive staff were absolutely wonderful!! It was a pleasant experience because everyone was very attentive and nice! I went back a couple weeks later to have my procedure done, and was totally impressed with Anna, Susan and Jessica's very caring attitude, they treated me so well, and were very attentive in assisting the doctor, these girls are amazing!! A couple days later on a Sunday, I had a question, and so I texted Doctor Que on his personal cell phone, amazingly he responded immediately, WOW, what doctor responds on Sunday? You can't get better attention than this anywhere!!! I feel so much better now and look forward to getting back on the tennis court! Doctor Que and the wonderful staff went above and beyond!! I absolutely highly recommend Absolute Foot Care to all!!!

I was so nervous but after a few minutes, you did everything you could to keep me calm I didn’t feel anything when you removed my ingrown toe nail. We need more Doctors like you. Beyond the BEST. Not a great new patience experiance. I am a busy person with a new born child and 2 jobs. It is really hard for me to find time away from work to see the doctor. I had to request this day off one month ago. My appointment was for 10 AM and I got an email confirmation saying that I needed to be there at 10 AM but because I was not there at 9:30, I was unable to fill out paperwork and be seen And I was forced to reschedule. Nowhere in the email did it say that I had to be there at 9:30 and not one voicemail said I had to be there at 9:30. The front desk manager mentioned that I would have to sign into a portal and I would see that I needed to be there at 9:30. I don't understand why I would have to do that if I scheduled an appointment at 10 AM. IF I needed to fill out paperwork 30 minutes before my appointment then make my appointment at 10 And then make arrangements in your own d*** office for 1030.

... Owner replied to my review saying the website has a pop up instructing new patients to arrive 30 minutes early. And they need me to arrive early to verify insurance. I was referred by my doctor and approved by my insurance go schedule an appointment with these guys. And was told to arrive over the phone by the front desk that my appointment was for 10 am. I did not randomly select them on my own. Again my appointment was for 10 am. Not 9:30 am.

Also the front desk called me at 9:34 am with additude. Which was very unexpected. It was confrontational. Like I was a nuisance. To tell me she called me at 9:40 and mention I was barely on my way when I was heading out of the door makes me feel like you have bad experiance with other patients and think it's OK to treat the rest like they did something wrong when your office could have done more to make it easier for the patience to do the right thing to get the help they need.

The staff at this office are outstanding! The office is impeccably clean! Dr. Longobardi is amazing, his knowledge, thoroughness in examination and holistic approach to patient care should be a model to emulate! I highly recommend this Doctor!

Dr. Longobari is the best doctor. I was in a lot of pain, he clipped the hooks in my ingrown toe nails. My feet are happy again!
