Good place to go if you need a blood draw or X-ray performed. I enjoyed watching the video on the wall mounted screen in the waiting room. They also have a pharmacy on the bottom floor and a little cafe and clean restrooms. There’s three floors where you might be visiting your doctor for various reasons. You can use the stairs or the elevator.

I had the worst experience with my son's dentist. The dentist isn't very compassionate, empathetic when it comes to children's procedures.when asked to stop because my son was in obvious pain and not understanding the instructions given by me or the dentist. The dentist becomes hostile causing me to become hostile. Then the office staff treats me like I'm the problem. When you call and ask to have the other dentist for my child they say hold on I have to look at your notes and then come back and refers you to Corning. The staffing there are absolutely unprofessional. 6 years I've been going there.

I use to have doctor Philip hauling in chico heat doctor. But since the fires he left the area. Now they are only in paradise. And the staff is horrible. They talk to m with no care or respect. If you are looking for a new doctor don't go here. They are always booked. You can never see your doctor. You have to make an appointment 4-6 months down the road. If u are sick u can't wait that long that's ridiculous. Or should I make an appointment in December in case I am sick in July 😂. Don't go here I advise find a different doctors office.

Would not recommend: I usually do not leave bad reviews, because I like to spread positivity not negative, however I believe it's important to voice what just happened to me. I am new to the area, I relocated to Chico last fall, it has been difficult locating a new primary care provider as it seems providers are quite backed up in this area. I finally got a lead for Adventist Health Feather River, and they got me on their schedule to see one of their doctors, but there was a two and a half month wait to get in for my first appointment. I waited patiently, and today, exactly one week before my first scheduled appointment, they contacted me via phone and left me a voicemail saying my doctor that I was scheduled to see is leaving their practice and their cancelling my initial appointment. I called them back and voiced concern, that I had already waited over two months since scheduling to get in, in the hopes they would try to transfer me smoothly to one of their other doctors, and the wait would be minimal. Instead, the receptionist said I could sign up with one of their other doctors, but the next appointment is out to July, when I voiced that I have already waited almost three months as it is, she said she could give me some "numbers for other clinics in town." When I said that this isn't helpful, as I can look those numbers up myself and that is not the same as ensuring continued coverage for existing patients when a clinician leaves a practice, she hung up on me. Yes, I wasn't yelling cursing or being unreasonable, she just plain hung up on me like I didn't even matter as a person, after I waited all this time for an appointment. I just thought everyone should know, that's how much they care at Adventist Health Feather River that their patients receive timely care.

Horrible medical treatment and options to get a competent provider. How one provider is knowledgeable in every aspect of your anatomy makes no sense to me, One day somebody is a specialist in diabetes the next day they are a specialist in lungs and both accomplish the same thing, "lack of competent treatment". They are quick to tell you if you are late for your appointment it's a no-show but they will have you wait an hour and a half to be seen. Their little $300 for your appointmentIs are more important than you receiving medicine that will save your life that you depend on. My only option was one star, they don't deserve that!

Doctors are constantly late, treat you poorly, move, retire, quit, go on vacation, or promoted. It takes over a year to get established care. And I frequently had my three to six month appointments canceled in the last week because of the above reasons. The pediatricians always seem to do a good job.

This review is for the birthday place at Adventist health feather river. My wife and I recently had a child here. The staff here is amazing. I really can't say enough. All questions and concerns were answered promptly. These people really care bout what the do and the people they serve. Everything we went through was explained to our satisfaction before and during the process. Even communication between staff shift changes was impressive. The only communication ball drop was about the food. We were asked if my wife ate eggs like 4 times. However we found this comical and appreciated that they continued to make sure. Plus the food was delicious and plentiful. The facilities were all clean and regular items restocked frequently. After hearing many stories about other local places to have our child I feel we made the right decision. Even our guests commented on how big the room was, how the food looked great and even 1 person was impressed that we had a shower. My wife's comfort was always priority, as it should be. To top it all off the staff has started each shift by coming to us and explaining what was going to take place over that shift. I feel that we had a very comfortable and professional experience.

Retired Navy, 30 years. Still currently living in the area but have been in Texas for five months working on our new house. I was told today that my prescription couldn't be refilled without an office visit. Ordinarily this would not have been an issue. After explaining my current situation and location and that I intended on being seen there again prior to our departure, the refill was still denied. Thank you for your service!!!
