This was an unexpected but GREAT experience! My first encounter with the office was the front desk gals, they were polite, fast, helpful and accommodating. I told them it was an emergency and they got me in same day! I got to see the doc and received a diagnosis with clear instruction on the best way to treat at home. Doctor was kind and gentle to my broken toe! He explained everything very well and reassured me that I would be fine ☺️

Dr. Tareen is very personable - he listens to your issue and is solution oriented. We are trying several approaches to my issue and his suggestions for trial and error are in line with my goals. I trust that he will solve the issue. Office staff is terrific as well.

Great first visit today for a toenail fungus. Front office staff was pleasant and helpful and I was promptly taken to an exam room. I then met Dr. Tureen. He is very upbeat and pleasant and immediately made me feel comfortable. He prescribed a topical medication that I hear is very effective. His staff promptly sent the prescription to the pharmacy and I look forward to seeing a successful outcome. Great experience. Highly recommend.

Updated Review: I'm pleased to share that the office called me to schedule an appointment! And when I went in, they took care of me efficiently and kindly. I had an ingrown that was super painful and they were able to do a quick procedure to remove it that had me out of there in 15 minutes and with no pain the remainder of the day or week. It was such a relief and I really appreciated how quickly they could see me. I must have called during a lunch hour or at some point when the phone was off. Was worth trying to make it happen though!

Original Review: I’m not sure how anyone has gotten ahold of this office for a same day appointment, or any appointment for that matter. I’ve filled out a contact form, called the number (which goes straight to voicemail) and haven’t heard back in weeks. Hope to find another podiatrist whose front office actually picks up the phone!

Was hoping to have a great experience based on all these great reviews but unfortunately my experience was not good. Office was clean and Dr was nice but zero followup. Dr. told me I needed an MRI and that he would be spending 45 minutes on the phone with my insurance that afternoon to get approval. Three weeks later my insurance was company was still waiting to hear from him. I finally gave up and decided to go to an orthopedic. They were able to get the MRI approved in 4 days. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else.
