As always the front desk (Jade) was friendly, helpful, and pleasant to speak with. She knows her patients and it shows that she cares. The assistant and dentist today were great as well. It was the first time with this dentist as there have been some changes. I was happy with my visit and hope the next experience is just as great.

Had my first visit with Alta Loma Dental today (July 6, 2023). Dr. Bun and his staff are friendly and likeable. Dr. Bun took his time explaining what needed to be addressed and was conservative with his recommendations. I found my treatment plan affordable with options. I have scheduled dental work and will add to my review once the work is completed. I have a good feeling about this dental office.

My family and I have been coming to this office for a couple of years. We moved far away and travel far because of our confidence in the special care we receive. I tried to go somewhere closer and the service was no where near what I received at Alta Lola Dental.

No matter if the personnel changed starting from the receptionist, dental assistant and dentist, the customer service is always phenomenal! Very nice atmosphere, clean office and in a good area. We will definitely be back for years to come!

Great customer service at Alta Loma Dental Care! Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly and professional. Considering it was my first visit, check-in was quick and easy. I didn’t spend any time waiting in the lobby which is typical everywhere else. (Other dental offices usually have me waiting in the lobby for about 30 minutes before they bring me in.) But here, I really felt like they valued my time.
They explained everything each step of the way. I tend to have anxiety when visiting the dentist but felt very comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Kim was so friendly and gentle. He also made a point to answer all of my convens. I definitely recommend Dr. Kim and his staff!

Once again, this office gets 5 stars from me! They are friendly, professional, and a very caring and understanding staff. Dr. Choi is excellent! While there are a dozen dental offices near my home, I make the drive from Riverside to Alta Loma for the best dental care possible!

Maryam Afifi has absolutely no professionalism and is very argumentative. She send me to get an unnecessary root canal, and when I spoke to her about the inconvenience (since I paid $328 for absolutely nothing) her approached was extremely rude towards me. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t let me finish what I had to say. Absolutely no customer service skills at all! She could’ve easily educated me on the procedure etc , but instead lost her patience. Very disappointed and dissatisfied with her service. The office staff is wonderful ! The girls were apologetic and kind. Afifi, learn from your staff!

I have found my new dentist! I appreciate the professionalism of Dr Kim and his staff. Here's my saga of how I ended up here. For many years, I faithfully had my 6 mos checkups and rarely had dental issues. Then my dentist retired and our family moved to the Upland area. Out of geographic convenience and not knowing any dentists in the area, we went to an office nearby. I felt they were trying to sell me all the time, on every visit. In short, I could not trust the dentist and finally quit going at all. After 5-6 years, I decided I needed to address the health of my teeth. So I started researching, based on online reviews, dentists in the area that my insurance would cover. And I found Dr. Kim.

His office is simple and professional, not elaborate and ornate. The scheduling process was efficient and they used technology to 'remind' me of my appointment. The xrays and cleaning went very smooth, Dr Kim did my cleaning - I like that. He explained very clearly that two of my fillings (very old ones) needed to be replaced; and, he showed with pictures that other ones were still fine. No pressure, just simple information for me to make a decision.

When I returned in a week for those fillings, the process was again very efficient and professional. Dr Kim and his assistant worked together as a team during the process making it go very smoothly.

My entire family will be having Dr Kim take care of all of our dental needs in the future!
