I waited over two hours and never got called up. My mom a couple days before also had an appointment and after they made her wait for over an hour they then told her they couldn’t see her because the dentist was leaving so she was going to have to reschedule, very unprofessional.

Arrived before my appointment time waited almost 2 hrs before being called back. They called people back that had an appointment after me before me. Why even have appointments when you don't get seen at the time of appointment. Staff are kind of rude when you ask how much longer. They don't smile at all. I'm not very impressed with this place. One reason I hate going to the dentist to have my teeth worked on because I hate waiting and spending my whole day there. Horrible dentist wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Messed up one of my teeth because the dentist didn't know how to do root canal

The staff are friendly and helpful, once you get to them. Be prepared to wait at least an hour after your scheduled appointment. In 3 visits I have spent a total of 6hours just in the waiting area. And don't think when they take you back that you'll be worked on. Plan on sitting another 10mins at least. My appt was at 9am, and I'm still here at 11:20, in the chair, waiting.

Bad dental office! Do not come here!!!
This was my experience and ongoing issue.
1. Reception area smelled like mold. The restroom was unsatisfactory. The restroom in the back was no better. The toilets did not flush, and both smelled like sewer.
2. The Dentist herself and the assistant, spent most of their time watching a game show during my teeth cleaning.
3. The Dentist loosened a dental bridge, now I have severe pain. I will now need to go elsewhere and pay about $1000 again to fix my bridge.
4. Once I transferred dental offices, it was a pain securing my dental records. It took, repeated phone calls to have them release my records.

DO NOT COME HERE!! They completely ruined my partners back tooth and she can possibly lose her tooth. The receptionist is super rude and did not want to help at all. Very unprofessional and ignorant people.

The receptionist are so rude ! If they call you and you don’t want to reschedule they hang up on you , I was in pain and I asked for water to drink my pill and they make a face and get up for it . Very unprofessional and it smells awful in there , moldy I don’t know how to explain it (open a window) DONT GO HERE!!!

If I could give 0 stars then I would. Unprofessional front end staff, always written for the wrong appointment which results in longer waiting time, appointments mean nothing, technicins rush, doctors have poor English and have no problem making you wait. This is my 3rd visit here and each time it gets worse. I am actually here right now and have been waiting for 2 hours. I suggest going elsewhere.
