I'm ok with today's visit. The wait was longer than expected. Parking was easy. Scheduling was easy. After coming here for several years, I find overall quality of service is rather good but sometimes I felt the visit was too short and my visit was done in a rush. Interruptions could be frequent and speaking mandarin is supposed to be expected so little consideration for non-mandarin speakers.

It is a very good clinic. The front desk and office setting are very professional. I took my son to see Dr. Wei. She is very knowledgeable , very patient. She checked my son's teeth very thoroughly, explained issues and answered our questions very clearly. We are very impressed by the Dr. Wei and had a very good experience.

Highly recommended! I've been a loyal patient at Amy Dental in Milpitas for many years. Recently, I underwent a complex dental procedure, and Wendy, from their front desk, offered significant assistance to me. She patiently addressed all my inquiries in detail and even took the initiative to contact Dr. Wei, who was on vacation at the time, to ensure my specific dental concerns were addressed. I am truly grateful for the professional guidance provided by Dr. Wei over the phone during her vacation. Additionally, Dr. Ho, the dentist who performed my recent dental work, is a compassionate and skilled professional who prioritizes patient care. I am extremely satisfied with the excellent dental care provided by Dr. Ho and his assistant Bin. Their combination of kindness and expertise makes them highly recommended!

We’ve been patients in Amy dental since kids had the first teeth. Dr. Mao is seasoned dentist with outstanding skills on youth teeth correction operation. My son’s teeth position were corrected with little pain and just took a few months. My son said he felt lucky to have Dr. Mao as his dentist compares with his classmates. Other young doctors are all friendly and gentle. We appreciate the service here.

I have been treated by Dr. Wei twice and I have nothing but good words to say about her! She is very knowledgeable, caring and patient. She would explain what she is going to do and I found this very helpful. She also treated my 11 years old autistic son and this is his BEST dental visit!

Very friendly and professional, from front desk to assistant to doctor. I had injury and one of my tooth broke and needed emergency fix or else I wouldn’t be able to eat. They tried their best to help me on the same day. I am very grateful. The clinic is very clean and well sanitized. One patient at a time. I feel safe having dental work here.

I had a great experience with this office. Every person that works there has been awesome (from the receptionist to the assistant to the dentist). Doctor Li has very good attitude , didn't push on me at all and did provide reasonable treatment plan.

I have been going here for Dental work since 2003. Been very happy with the care and service I have recieved. The Dentist seem to shift around alot so you may not alway have the same Dentist, but the service has been great. My most recent appointment on 08/06/2023 I had a young man who was excellent.
