I had a very disappointing experience at Anatolia Dental Group. The front desk receptionist was unhelpful and indifferent to my concerns. I had clearly mentioned while booking my appointment that I only needed a consultation to understand the possibility and cost of a tooth implant—not a full evaluation. However, upon arrival, I was told that I should have been scheduled with an oral surgeon instead of a dentist. This miscommunication wasted my time, as I now have to return for another visit. The least I expected was an apology for the scheduling error, but the receptionist showed no concern.

Additionally, the wait time was extremely long—I had to wait over an hour before seeing the doctor. To make matters worse, even after two days, I still haven't received the dental cost estimation report. Overall, this was a frustrating and unprofessional experience.

The staff were very nice and welcoming. Dr. Pinky was knowledgeable and skillful. Had my consultation plus initial procedure in 2 hrs. Will be following up for the next step but they walked me through the process well. The procedure was painless. Was comfortable during the whole thing!

Awesome experience! I had my first appointment, and everyone was very professional and friendly. They took x-rays of my teeth first then I had the consultation with Dr. Kaur, who was very knowledgeable and genuine with her care. Then I had my teeth cleaning which was done very satisfactorily! I’m happy with my experience.

Staff were very friendly and seemed to be very thorough. The office was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the staff's warmth and also that they used the latest technology to catch any problems early. There was some confusion setting up my dental insurance and I ended up having to talk to 3 different staff members and call my dental insurance, which I've never had to do elsewhere. I believe this was because they don't currently have a dedicated front desk person. There was also quite a bit of waiting between steps (x-rays to gum exam to teeth exam to cleaning, etc.). I'm not sure if maybe they were a bit short staffed the day I came in, but just something that could be improved. I know this is a relatively new office, so I think once they hire a new front desk person and find their groove with timing they will probably be great. I plan to keep coming back!

I recently had an appointment with a dental hygienist Elvira, and I was thoroughly impressed by the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional. The hygienist took the time to explain each step of the cleaning process, which made me feel at ease.

Came here last week. Will start with the okay--- Scheduling an appointment was easy with lots of availability and the staff were all very nice. They seem like a very "high tech" dental office.

That being said, my appointment was at 10:30 and I did not get called back until 10:50 although it seemed like no one else was there. I came in for a regular cleaning and check up as my first visit as my previous dentist was no longer accepting my insurance. I had no teeth pain and I regularly see the dentist and take good care of my teeth. I was shocked to hear that two of my teeth were fractured. This was strange to me as I do not grind my teeth and had no idea. I have never had a cracked tooth or a crown or anything more than a filling done in my mouth. I was even more shocked when they quoted me to fix this at $7167 (without insurance) with my insurance covering everything but $2515.46. I tried to ask the dentist if this was normal on why I would have 2 cracked teeth that weren't even near each other but didn't get an answer. Additionally, when "grading" my gums, I was a little shocked to receive mostly 4s and absolutely no "1s". as I see the dentist regularly and typically have been told mostly 1 & 2s with a couple 3s at most. I can't imagine my gums deteriorated that much in the 6 months since my last check up. Ironically, they have two posters on their wall. One for the crowns they were trying to tell me I needed for my "fractured teeth" and another about gum disease. As I was leaving my appointment in a rush (which the dentist knew) because it started late, the dentist stopped me to try to get me to scan A QR code to leave a review. I would be weary of the all the good reviews on here as they seem pretty insistent on having clients leave them a review in office. I reached out to another dentist to get a second opinion as this was a large cost. I was told my teeth are not cracked and that what they are seeing is just discoloration from getting my fillings switched previously. My advice would be to seek a second opinion if you are recommended treatment here.
