Que horror en verdad el doctor es un carnicero. El como profesional muy bien saber lo doloroso que es que le saquen una muela del juicio y no quiso prescribirme nada para el dolor tengo. Les llame ala clínica para consultarles que las iboprufeno de 800mg no me ayuda en nada para el dolor y se negó a darme una receta para medicina un poquito más fuerte. Vamos eso no es Justo que uno aguante el dolor que la extracción de las muelas causa. Por qué aguantar el dolor cuando el puede prescribir un par de pastillas para el dolor? ES UN DESCONCIDERADO
Mejor cancele las citas que tenía en el futuro. Ahí NO VUELVO!!!!

Phenomenal! Everyone from the front desk to the oral surgeon did an amazing job. They were organized, on-top of everything & completed all my dental work quickly. They were very informative & answered all of my questions, in addition to being super nice & puting me at ease. I am no longer afraid of the dentist! I definitely recommend this dental office to everyone. Very impressed!!

Please don't go there. Not only did they try and scam my elderly father into paying for dental. (His insurance pays for everything).
The guy who handles the payments was very very persistent that he had too. Until the manager "suddenly" found an error nd said my father didn't.

I heard they were known for trying to scam people and make people pay out of pocket while also charging the insurance. Then on top of that they made his appointment only to attend him almost 2 hrs later. He told the front desk something nd the Manger, ghetto and rude told them they could leave somewhere else if they wanted too. Why set up appointments for your customers if front desk constantly forgets to log them in. This is the 3rd time they do this to him. Front desk team is a mess.

Worst service ever I went to get my wisdom teeth taken out and they kept cancelling my appt same day I went 3 times for nothing they kept saying it was my consultation only and didn’t take it out. worst place to go don’t waist your time like I did missing work for nothing they dont care about there patients. I changed my Dentist never going there again o gave them a 2 star cause I have to can’t put 0

Beware; Be sure you review your dental statement for your billing. If I didn't verify the statement to what i paid I would have been out $685.00. My dental work was performed (Dr was wonderful) back in January and I had to inquire for the refund 6 months later. Even with that, I had to continually call for several weeks to get my refund.

The receptionists spend all the time talking and taking personal phone calls ,using profanity like someone isn't standing there with their kids and they spend less time answering business calls . I called at least 6 times because they always say that they do not have my kids insurance on record when I am constantly submitting it ! One particular receptionist has a stinky attitude and I don't like her because she is rude and she is ignorant about what her job title consist of.

I am disappointed that I had to go to this office three days in a row and they wanted me to continuously come back for an entire week ...never in my entire life have I ever heard of this, this is a clear money grab for a simple fill in my kids had, needless to say after three days I was over it like people do have lives. It is so much more I could say but I won't because there are a few decent people who work here but not enough professionals here to actually make me want to come back this is ridiculous seriously .

I honestly don't know how I lasted so long in this dental office. The front desk ladies are so unprofessional the lady that sits in the back is very ghetto. The staff are always nice ! They do talk alot but they are a good team. Their surgeon is very heavy handed doesn't have any empathy what so ever. Super rude. I hate it. My family and I are out I do no recommend this dentist office unfortunately
