Dr. Accettura is a wonderful Dentist. I trust her along with her excellent staff with my dental care. I appreciate the comfortable atmosphere of the office along with the up to date technology and equipment. Most of my visits are for cleanings with Hygienist, Jeanie. She helps keep my teeth clean and healthy, and gives me great tips on how to keep my teeth and gums healthy. All in all, a great dental practice and I highly recommend.

After my old dentist retired I went looking for a new one in either Grass Valley or Auburn and based on the reviews I saw here I picked Dr. Accettura. Wow, welcome to the 21st century! Dr. Accettura and her staff are not only great to work with but use the latest technology to examine your teeth and do the necessary work in ways I hadn't seen before. For example, yesterday Dr. Accettura installed a crown on a molar that I had had a root canal done on a couple of weeks ago. I'm used to having crowns done in two visits, one to prepare the tooth for the crown, make a mold and put on a temporary crown and a second visit a week or two later to install the crown. Dr. Accettura does this in a single visit using a special camera to make 3D images of the old tooth and adjacent teeth then prepping for the crown and taking additional 3D images of the prepped tooth and adjacent teeth. Then, using a computed aided design system she edits the virtual crown to get it just right before a high tech device machines the final crown out of a small block of ceramic. It installed perfectly with no adjustments needed to make it contact perfectly with my lower teeth. The whole process was done in a single <2h visit. Oh, I like their background music also. I tried to upload three images that show how this process works but somehow only the first two images appear twice each. The first image shows how the crown fits with the two adjacent teeth, the second image shows the contact area with an adjacent tooth, in red. The missing third image shows the machine that cuts the crown out of a little block of ceramic in about 10 minutes. I was very impressed with the whole process!

Grass Valley Smiles is the best dentist in Grass Valley. Antonia Accettura DDS is amazing! She’s knowledgeable, kind & caring. She takes her time to explain to you & allows you to ask questions. Her staff is awesome! Randi is great at the front desk, Jeannie is a fantastic Hygienist & Ginger who assists the dentist is sweet, funny & caring. They all work together as a team & get the job done. I used to live in GV, but moved away to Chico. I still use them & drive over an hour for my appointments because I like them so much. She’s done quite a few crowns on me & has resolved my teeth issues. I won’t go anywhere else because I trust them. I always had fear of seeing the dentist. I don’t now because they all make it easy on you. If you need a great dentist, she’s the one! Thank you Dr. Accettura & your staff for being the best & so good to me. Highly recommend this Dentist!!!!! 👍👍

Dr. Accettura is an amazing dentist. Not only is she supremely skilled at dentistry she is fun and kind. She makes, what was once one of my least favorite things to do, enjoyable. Dr. A has even gone out of her way on her time off to ensure I got the care I needed when I needed it. If you are in need of a dentist Dr Accettura is an excellent choice.

I switched to Dr. Accettura's practice after losing confidence in my previous dentist’s practice. I found Dr. Accettura’s practice to be thorough, responsive, engaged and unambiguous in terms of how they addressed my issues and the recommendations that the doctor had to make.

For example, rather than recommend a root canal on the basis of what she observed, Dr. Accettura referred me to an endodontist whom she described as the only endodontist that she would go to herself and therefore the only one to whom she would refer patients. That inspires a lot of confidence all by itself. The endodontist was excellent, determined that I did not need a root canal, and referred me back to Dr. Accettura for continued care.

I've had a number of procedures done by Dr. Accettura and her staff and I continue to be highly impressed with every aspect of her practice. Having consumed dental services for quite a few decades, I am certain that Dr. A’s is the best practice that I’ve encountered.
