Quality Care without the B.S. No sales gimmicks, no ridiculous treatment plans. Dr says listen to your body and call me when needed. Staff was attentive and pleasant. I waited until I was in moderate to severe pain before I made my initial visit which was a mistake because I had to wait a week for an appointment; but he was worth the wait .

I hadn't been to a chiropractor since just before covid started and I REALLY needed an overall adjustment. Dr. Scott was highly recommended so figured I should at least go once. So so glad I did! The staff is very kind, made me feel at ease. Dr. has a nice bedside manner, explains how he does things, and then just does his thing (pretty quick). Fine for me because I'm familiar with the treatment/adjustments for my pain. I assume he'd explain each one to someone who's never been.
Anyway, I feel MUCH better! No more spasms or pain in my hips or neck, with only one treatment!

I designated Dr. Arons as my primary work comp provider a few years ago. I have never had any provider ever fight as hard and be so tenacious on my behalf as he has been. He is a warrior when it comes to fighting for and advocating for his patients. I trust him completely and am grateful for his care.

After messages left with four different employees two weeks ago, Aron never called me so here’s the review: Three weeks ago our power was turned off in all of Tehama County - for 30 miles in any direction, the entire county had no electricity, water, cell service, or access to any communication for 2 full nights and three days. And yet, I had an appointment for a massage during that time. I was unable to get a hold of Arons because my phone did not work until the morning of the appointment. I called immediately and Left a voicemail staying that I could not make it due to the state of emergency. Aron’s receptionist called me a few hours later and chastised me for not coming in. I told her my phone did not work until a couple hours prior at which time I left them a voicemail. She said that was no excuse because they had sent out a voicemail telling everybody they would be open. Obviously, many of us were not able to receive that communication!The receptionist Even admitted their phones hadn’t been working right either, so they did not get my voicemail that morning. This was the first of PG&E’s power outages and was very disorganized. We were all rushing around helping our elderly with refrigeration for food and medications, heat, and water. The Red Bluff Daily News even published photos of the entire county black except for one business that was open which was a donut shop. And somehow people were supposed to know that in the entire county Arons chiropractic was expecting patients to show up or be yelled at and threatened to be charged? Many of their patients have disabilities and need transportation etc. Anyway, I asked for a manager and they said they had none. They told me I could talk to Aaron by coming down there and waiting in the reception area to argue the point with him in person if he has time! That seems like a very bad idea to me since there might be patients in the waiting room that would hear it; and, if I could’ve been there I already would’ve been! it is a state of emergency people! So I asked for Aaron to call me back. I called back two other times and asked two other employees to have Aron call me. Never got a call. Anyway…I have moved on to a new medical facility. Ironically, the power was cut two days ago and my appointment was scheduled for today. I was so stressed out trying to get a hold of them to make sure they also knew I wouldn’t be able to make it. They were finally available by email today and assured me they would never expect anyone during a declared state of emergency To show up for a (strange) massage in the dark instead of out in the community helping The elderly, disabled, and displaced.

In response to Aron's feeble response saying the short story I took the time to write wasn't detailed enough:
Just know that Aron's is horrible with how they treat patients, runs the office horribly, AND doesn't have a legitimate masseuse. The ONLY massage therapist they have is an elderly lady, not good with people, who told me that she "Doesn't push hard anymore because she is too old to do so." So, it was the most ridiculous, ineffective massage I have ever experienced.

I have personally worked in the medical field for 15+ years and I would love for the manager to know that all of the receptionists that work at this facility are severely lacking simple customer service skills. You are the face of the clinic, you should welcome anybody that walks through that door, if it’s a patient or not. I’ve walked in that place three times now and all three times I am completely ignored. Not looked at, not acknowledged, never spoken to. I will now avoid this facility if I can help it!
