I’ve had mixed experiences with this office. The doctor was good initially, but during my recent filling, the doctor was shivering, making the procedure more painful than expected. For a follow-up, I was informed of a copay only after arriving, but they waived it when I canceled. For my son’s next appointment, I tried to cancel more than 48 hours in advance, but they claimed Wednesday isn’t a business day for them, so the cancellation wasn’t accepted. These issues have made it hard to trust their scheduling and policies.

Clean, well-maintained office. Staff is polite and respectful. Dr De Ala is thoughtful, thorough and communicates clearly on the treatment plan. The office is current with tech. tools for comfortable and timely dental care. Have payment plans depending upon patient needs. We will certainly refer him to family and friends for their dental needs. Thank you Dr. De Ala and team.

It was my first time attending Artist Walk Dental in Fremont, CA and From start to finish all employees were extremely friendly as well as helpful! They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable because as you all know no matter the age the dentist could sometimes be scary. I was extremely satisfied with my visit and especially because they were able to inform and provide excellent details about my overall oral health and any questions I had. I have already recommended them to several of my friends and family. Thank you and I’m actually looking forward to my next visit!

Since I moved to Newark, CA, I’ve changed dentist numerous time. When a good friend told me about Dr. Ricardo S. De Ala Dental which is now “Artist Walk Dental” and have heard great care they provide, I started going there. And guess what, I never looked for another. I have been seeing Dr. De Ala and staff for number of years now. I am very impressed of the treatments. The care and staff are 5 stars. The office is very clean and their equipments are state of the art. The place is very comfortable, family oriented and it is like home. Everyone are very nice, always smiles and makes you feel like a family.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rick's ever since I was a kid. The service is amazing and the staff have always been friendly! Furthermore, I have always felt comfortable during the cleaning procedures. I even have a core memory of mine when I was a kid having the staff and Dr. Rick cheer me on when I had to get some teeth pulled for braces! In summary, Dr. Rick and Artist Walk Dental is amazing in all fields and has served a substantial role in my life!

Very friendly place! The Dr was excellent with my 3 year old - even getting her to accept a full cleaning, polishing and fluoride. When it was my turn I felt I received excellent and detailed care. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.
