I recently started using this location for my dental needs. I've had several bad experiences in the past but the staff at Aspen Dental is in a whole different league! Everyone was very friendly, explained all options and procedures very well, and very quick service rendering. Dr. Norton was exceptional even called me after hours to advise on post care treatment. Honestly the entire staff deserves a shout out for making pulling teeth enjoyable! Thank yall for the Smile!!

I was in so much pain for 3 days over the weekend. Aspen Dental was able to accommodate me on short notice (same day), especially during a holiday weekend.
Dr. Norton and Dr. Ryan Matherne and his team clearly went above and beyond to ensure I received the care I needed. Their compassion, professionalism, and willingness to stay after hours are truly commendable. It's even more impressive that I felt comfortable and at ease during my very first visit. That speaks volumes about the team's ability to create a welcoming environment.
Most importantly, I'm thrilled I am now pain-free! That's the best outcome anyone could ask for.

Dr. Norton is experienced and provides excellent explanations for everything. He takes his time with me and answers all questions. He took special care with my husband and my husband said it was the best dental visit he ever had! AMAZING! The staff are so friendly and professinal. Great people work there!

The staff and doctor were so patient with my daughter Kendrie (Down Syndrome) she even took her dental X-ray’s alone. She did get a little nervous and “bolted” from the dental chair and tried to hide; however, the staff (Kelly) was AMAZING in getting her back in the chair and completing her dental exam “ALONE”. This made my day and it was worth the drive 20 minutes for the care provider took with my child. He was AMAZING. The dental hygienist explained everything to me as well. My Xray tech & I shared a special Hair moment when it was time for my X-rays. Amazing team. Dr. Norton.

This place is a joke. They tell you to get the Aspen dental plan to "save you money." But in reality, they charge 3x more than anyone else. I went for a filling. The dentist refused, saying it needs a root canal. (Went elsewhere and got the filling) Then they give me an estimate for all of my teeth that is literally twice what my regular dentist charges. Receptionist pushes for you to sign up for a third party "credit card" to help pay their insane prices and less than a week later, you find out it's not even a credit card. It's a loan from an outside loan company. But apparently, you never see it, it goes straight to Aspen before they ever even do the dental work. So when you choose to go through a different dentist as I did, they still expect you to pay that loan. FOR DENTAL WORK NEVER RECEIVED. Let's not fail to mention, they are NOT accredited by the better business bureau and have had over 180 complaints in 3 years. Just over 100 settled in law suits and charging people for services never received is a big part of that.

I went today for my first visit and was so impressed with all the services I received.
Looking forward to my next visit to get a new bridge and root canal. I really felt at home. If you looking for a Dentist or a new Dental Clinic, I suggest you try Aspen Dental on hwy 21. In front of WinnDixie.

Always a good experience. Dentist is kind and caring but gets things done. Responsive to questions and concerns without being dismissed. All the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!
