Everyone was very nice. However, I was there less than 15 minutes. I saw the hygienist and the dentist, was told they didn’t have an opening for a cleaning (which is what I made the appointment for) but I was told I needed over $1800 worth of work done. Then was told they would need a $100 deposit before I could even make an appointment for the cleaning which would be scheduled for another day. I thought this was crazy as I have insurance which pays 100% for 2 cleanings a year. I’m looking for another dentist office that takes my insurance even if I have to do a little traveling.
Just so you are aware, no x-rays were done. However, they billed my insurance company for a complete set. I have filed a complaint and speaking with someone now about insurance fraud.

I cannot recommend Aspen Dental enough! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process a breeze.

Drs. Are absolute professional. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. Their gentle approach made me feel completely at ease, and I didn’t experience any discomfort during my treatment. It’s clear that they genuinely care about their patients' well-being.

I wanna say Dr sale and his assistant made me feel 100% good and with the calming medicine I didn’t stress or have anxiety about getting tooth pulled! It was a breeze and only thing I felt was pressure!!!! And boom it was done! I highly recommend aspen dental tome and dr sale he’s great if I have any other issues id go back!

My first visit to Aspen Dental was amazing! I was in the worst amount of pain and the way the staff showed that they cared was impressive. They also treated me as if I was the only person in the room which no office does that anymore. The staff makes the company and I just found my new dental office.

Everyone was professional and very kind to this nervous old woman. No one tried to push anything off on me. That was very good experience. I can’t wait to get started on my treatments for my gums. I would give a zero if I could. My elderly 78yr old mother was told that Aspen Dental did not accept Aetna. Instead of advising her to contact an in-network dentist, Heather Bennett used her influence to have my mother switch to United Healthcare. After paying $2,600.70 out of pocket, the claim was denied and the dentures are not complete.
An agent with United Healthcare inforned my mother to contact Aspen Dental for a refund due back to me for $2,108.70. When I called Heather Bennett about a refund, she became very aggressive and rude. She proceeded to say that there was no guarantee made when my elderly mother changed insurance companies and no refund was due. She further stated that she was thinking about refilling the claim but needed my 78yr old mother to screen shot and email her the insurance card. I was appalled! What Dental office doesn't have a copy of the customer's card. She is very lazy and could care less. After she was questioned about that, she told me that she can look for it. No mention of contacting United Healthcare regarding the refund discrepancy. When I ask about her Manager, she got snappy and ended up saying she will have Heather Knight to call me by end of day but of course no call received. I was sent to a recording that never answers when I did a follow up. It appears as deceptive practices by gaining trust of an elderly minority to exploit financial gain. Complaints are being filed.

I have a very painful tooth that is in need of extraction. I went into Aspen dental not knowing what to expect but from the moment I arrived I felt cared for, listened to and not judged for the state of my teeth.

The tech, the hygienist and Dr. Self understood that I was in tremendous pain and were gentle with my tooth. I have always been scared of the dentist, but Dr. Self gives me hope that I will get over that fear.
