TRY A DIFFERENT FACILITY!

1.Difficult to work with Linda who gets flustered trying to make appointments for my elderly mother sending my me an email is vet difficult for her!
While sitting in lobby listening to her, no problem at all making appts for others.
Why is that? Discriminatory actions.

2. Atlantis submitted an incomplete referral, and lied to me about when they submitted it. UCLA claims it's incomplete. Atlantis Ana claims she will get someone to correct referral. Never happened. I had to contact UCLA who submitted correct one.
All this delayed Elaine's continuing therapy.

3. THREE times your office was faxed the approved referral. UCLA provided fax confirmations! You never called to set up appointments. It's apparent this facility does not want to help my mother.

4. Again, I left a message for the owner to call me to advise of the staff discrepancies preventing my 89 yo mother from receiving therapies.
No response.
No response IS a response.
Terrible the way my mother was treated there!

My experience at Atlantis Physical therapy are very professional and very friendly even when you walk in the door, there’s somebody always there to say good morning or good afternoon Right now I’m going through therapy for extreme vertigo so far it has subside, but I don’t want to count my chickens. I have my confidence in them. That they will help me this time around. I’ve had vertigo for 30 years.
