The staff is really nice and friendly and thr doctor take time and listen to what going on. I had a bad foot problem and they fix it up. I got my family going to then now and they love it there

Just a couple hours ago, for the first time, I visited the Autauga Family Footcare Clinic. The entire experience was fantastic and amazing! I requested and received an appointment in less than three weeks. Two days before the appointment I was reminded of the date and time by a friendly live voice and not a "robo call." The clinic is easy to access and very convenient to the I-65/State Highway 14 exit. The receptionist was especially friendly and as a new patient I only had two pages of questions to answer! I was in the waiting room 10-15 minutes before being called back. I was in the procedure room 5-10 minutes before being seen by Dr. Travis Zimbelman; but was was also greeted by his Brother, Dr. Troy Zimbelman. The diagnosis was quick and the treatment very professional. No over sell or unnecessary recommendations. I will return and go back again. I will happily recommend the clinic to anyone; family and friends. This was a wonderful experience!

I haven't even visited this office because the girls answering the phones in the Prattville location are extremely unprofessional. Patients should not be on speaker phone at a doctor's office trying to make an appointment. Not only is it very hard to hear the person, it's impersonal as well. Because of the first impression of this office, I will find somewhere else to go. The office manager needs to reevaluate the office and the professionalism of the employees. I was transferred to the Montgomery office to try to get an appointment on a specific day and the girl who answered there was extremely professional & polite.

If you ever get sent to voicemail just be prepared to never get a call back. Have called everyday for a week and have a voicemail every time. Nothing. Had to physically go in there to talk to someone. If I had not already gotten blood work done here I would be seeing a new doctor. Communication skills: 0. Not a good way to make patients feel important.

Awesome Doctors! Dr Travis is my Actual Doctor there! Very compassionate and caring! Great bedside manner very concerned about patients and their needs! Dr Travis did surgery on both my feet a year apart having no problems with my left foot which was pretty messed up by two other doctors but he fixed it! Still recovering from right foot which was done 12/28/18! Reccomend him to anyone who has foot problems!

I left three messages with Dr Zimbelman to try and renew pain medication. I don't know if his staff just didn't give him the messages, or if he just didn't want to bother with my request, but he never got back with me or renewed my prescription. I was in intense pain for a week until I could get an appointment with another doctor to help me. I thought that was very irresponsible and uncaring.

Cancelled my appt without notice. When I arrived they were closed. No sign posted. No phone call to me either. When I got them on phone they didnt care. Offered another appt a month later. Office hours on door are all wrong too

Some people shouldn't be CALLED a Doctor!!My husband went here because he got a splinter in his toe. They got the splinter out but did more harm than good. Been getting so call treatments under them for over 3 months. Had to go to Urgent Care after one treatment and Now he's scheduled with a Wound Care Physician. DON'T TRUST THIS PLACE.
