The space is spacious, warm and inviting.
I went to him in dire need of relief from some pain I was having. Stephen listened

I’ve been going to Stephen for almost two years every two weeks on average. He’s one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with. He can pinpoint nearly anything sore/tight/problematic without you even telling him. All of his massage is catered to the individual. I had seen him for regular issues biweekly and when I started training for a 15 mile race, he was able to provide a more specific sports massage in addition to what I usually came in for. His online scheduling from his website is also super convenient. I’d recommend Stephen to anyone looking for an affordable, high quality massage and experience!

Stephan is one of the best massage therapists in Carmel/Monterey and the valley. He’s very friendly knowledgeable and cares to the needs of his patients. I booked a hour and a half my first time and went back two weeks later for a 2 hrs massage. I usually fall asleep during massages but his constant work on my knots and soar muscles keeps you attentive. A sigh of relief when he works each and every knot out. His room is very large clean and his massage table is mechanical making it easy to get on and off of it. I definitely would recommend him to anyone but, especially people who work out or are active in athletics/sports.

I have had body work done for over 30 years and Stephen is hands down the most intuitive healer I know. His knowledge of the human body, professionalism and bedside manner are second to none.

I had a failed rotator cuff surgery with a frozen shoulder that had moved all the way down to my wrist. I was in excruciating pain and popping narcotics and sleeping pills like they were candy.

It was a blessing that my husband booked me a facial for Valentine's Day and he happened to be working at the spa and had an extra 30 minutes that afternoon. Within that 30 minutes he had my wrist moving and pain-free.

He began treating me, along with my chiropractic team, 5 days a week and we're able to completely unlock my shoulder which was supposed to require a follow-up surgery. He now treats our entire family of six and is able to provide house visits if we are unable to make it to his studio.

The fact that he served our country for many years in the US Army, was recently married to a local school teacher, and has two beautiful toddlers are just a few more reasons to support his small business!
