I suffered from knee pain caused by a running injury for about a year and finally had enough. I saw other reviewers who had success with knee injury recovery at B&C and decided to check it out. Ching assessed my knee injury and developed a therapy plan that did wonders. Ching and the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful. The equipment was always sanitized, and the space was nice and clean. I felt well taken care of and will return if needed.
I also appreciate the convenience of the location. There's a free parking structure next to the building and a bunch of good restaurants nearby so you can go during your lunch break or pick something up on your way out

I've had a shoulder impingement in the right shoulder since Dec 2017 and chronic neck issues for the pass two years. My friend recommended me to see Boris in August. My overall experience has been great. After seeing Boris for 3 months, my shoulder is 95% better and my neck is significantly more mobile. Boris was able to help identify some of my main issues caused by my T zone and the exercises I need to do to improve it. Very satisfied with the results I've gotten.

Definitely recommend B&C Physical Therapy! My 82 year old mother just "graduated" from their treatment and care. Prior to B&C, I took my mother to several other PT places. We both agree that B&C by far is the best! We really appreciate that B&C therapists spend the entire session with their patients. Unlike a few other places that my mother has been to, they just greet my mother and let her do exercises by herself. B&C therapists are with patients one by one the whole time!! The entire staff and therapists are so nice and friendly. They keep their appointment time so there is never a long wait. I also need to thank Boris, my mother's therapist, for his treatment and care to my mother. He really put into great effort in trying to get my mother stronger in her mobility and balance. Give her exercise assignment at home to practice and adjust the treatment as needed to fit our need. I have seen my mother improved a lot since day 1. One more thing is that Boris can speak Mandarin! I don't have to translate for my mother when she has questions. SO thank you Boris & B&C ! Keep up the good work!!

I am so happy I found B&C Physical Therapy!
I rarely write reviews, but I am so happy with the treatments/care I received at B&C Therapy that I will take the time to do just that.
I’ve had my shares of mishaps and conditions that I had to seek out physical therapy many times over the years. Everywhere I went seems to follow a similar pattern: The first session the PT spends more time with you, then starting the second session you’re in the hands of the assistants (nothing against them), with the PT comes to work with you sporadically, rotating between patients. But when I came to B&C Physical Therapy, I was surprised that Ching, one of the physical therapists, actually spent the entire session working with me. That has never happened elsewhere!
In addition to being generous with their time, the physical therapists are capable, knowledgeable, hands on, kind, and most important of all, they care. My therapist Ching has been brilliant in helping me and pushing me to recovery. All the staff I’ve come across are kind and professional, and they are good about sanitizing their equipment after each patient. The facility itself is not big, but it has everything you need to help with your recovery.
I highly, highly recommend B&C Physical Therapy!

100%, if I broke a bone again (*knocks on wood*) I'd come right back to B&C, no question!!
Talking solely in regards to my recovery, I had broken my shoulder back in April and came to B&C to receive therapy for it. I had the pleasure of working with Ching and the clinic's PT assistant, Camille. Fast forward two months, and I'm just about 95% back to my normal range!! When I first started I could barely raise my arm, let alone raise half a glass of water to my mouth. But now having finished my sessions with Ching, not only can I raise a full glass of water above my head, but I can now hold the weight of a full Brita pitcher with ease.
Now talking solely about the staff, they're absolutely lovely people. Everyone at B&C is very personable and welcoming. I genuinely looked forward to going to each session because it was just nice to be in a space with such good energy and to have cool people to chit-chat with. Working with Ching was great, he knows exactly what he's doing and is very attentive. Camille, who was also a pleasure to work with, was usually there alongside Ching helping me with my exercises. While I didn't work with Boris, he still remembered my name and greeted me every time I walked in. The receptionist, Elisa, also greeted me with high energy every time I walked in.
All in all, a great experience! Thank you B&C!!

I was a patient at B&C Physical Therapy after knee replacement surgery. Ching partnered with me to successfully rebuild my left leg’s flexibility and strength. He was encouraging, and had the perfect balance of pushing me byetut also making sure that I didn’t get too impatient to push too fast or too strongly. He was always willing to answer my questions as I sought to understand my knee’s post-surgery challenges and recovery. He has a great blend of seriousness and sense of humor. Other members of the team – Boris (the other therapist), the assistant therapist, front desk team member – were always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend B&C Physical Therapy

Broke my ankle back in December 2021 rock climbing. Came to B&C to recover from being in a cast for 3+ months and, when I came first came in, my ankle was extremely stiff and just walking was uncomfortable.
After a few sessions with Boris, coupled with the prescribed at-home exercises, I could already see results. Really appreciate Boris as he was super friendly, professional, and understanding.
Can't recommend B & C physical therapy enough! Super grateful to both Boris and the rest of the staff for helping me make a speedy recovery!

Ching is the best! Seriously, I've been to a lot of different PTs over my lifetime and Ching is the best one I've ever had. Here's why:
1. Knowledge and experience. You can ask him anything and he can tell you exactly what muscles/joints/etc are being impacted and what's going on. All PTs who have their license will have an understanding of physiology, but Ching has years of experience that really shows when you talk to him and he gives you a diagnosis. It's clear that he has had plenty of firsthand experience treating patients and he has more than just book knowledge. Ching is an avid athlete himself (ask him about volleyball) and he totally understands the desire to want to get back out there and do what you love. He also will tailor your workout specifically for what you do. As a surfer and volleyball player, he focused on exercises that would strengthen my paddling and my hitting (which it has helped a lot). Beyond just the exercises done at the clinic, he gave me a routine to work on at home.
2. Treatment. Most PTs will do some sort of manual work on you if you have a muscle/tissue injury (massage, stretching, etc) and Ching's manual work is top notch due to his strength. He can really get in there and get deep into the muscle.
3. Personality. This isn't the most important part of a PT, but it makes a big difference going to a PT and kind of awkwardly being there for an hour or two every week vs a PT who engages you personally. Ching has really great energy that is very motivating, which is especially great since PT work is hard and Ching is very encouraging.
4. Great facility and staff. They are located right next to a giant parking structure, so always PLENTY of covered parking which is a huge bonus. Also great staff, Celisa the front desk lady is very helpful in setting up appointments and working with you on billing and such. There was initially an issue with my insurance (due to a prior doctor incorrectly billing my insurance) but Celisa worked with me on it and was patient while I sorted things out with my insurance. If you've ever been to a medical office of any sort with an incompetent front desk you know what a difference a good front desk can make. There's also a floor assistant Camille who helps out around the clinic who's awesome, she's very friendly and helpful.
COVID NOTES: The clinic is taking every precaution to be very Covid safe. Temperature is taken at the door and every surface is sanitized (even the pens for signing credit card receipts) after use. Masks are worn by everyone at all times.
