Vertigo GONE!
First and foremost I have to give a shout out to Dr. Daniel Tayler! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! I suffered from vertigo for almost two weeks. Tried the at "home" eply maneuver... made it worse. He got me in, did a few short test, performed his maneuver for BPPV and just like that I have my life back. If you are suffering from vertigo, please just go to Balance. I should have the first day I had vertigo. Thank you Dr. Tayler!!!

I have been to Balance Rehabilitation multiple times over the last few years for recurrent dizziness. Both Mark and Daniel are very knowledgeable about the vestibular system and excellent physical therapists. They both took the time to really listen to me and analyze my symptoms. They also took the time to educate me on the vestibular system and explain their recommendations. The PT assistants at Balance Rehabilitation who work with you on balance exercises are friendly and caring. Balance Rehabilitation sent a report to my primary care physician and she was very impressed. She said that it was the most comprehensive PT report she had ever seen. I will be going back to Balance Rehabilitation if the need arises again.

Even prior to my first appointment, I was impressed by the thoroughness and ease of the new patient intake and appointment scheduling experience. I went there seeking treatment for TMJ, occasional neck and back pain, poor posture and weak core muscles. After just 3 sessions, I noticed significant improvement in my posture, a huge reduction in neck and back pain, and my TMJ is gone. Dr. Mark Wegener is exceptional! Not only is he highly trained, skilled, knowledgeable and professional, but he also shows genuine care and compassion and delivers highly personalized attention to each patient's specific needs. He effectively pinpointed the cause of my neck and back pain and thanks to his treatments, the exercises with the therapists, and the lessons on how to improve my sitting and working habits, my overall well-being, health and comfort have been elevated. It is evident that healing is part of Dr. Wegener's DNA and he makes it his mission to improve the lives of all his patients.

And the therapy extends beyond the appointments...through their customized StriveHub app, I am able to easily replicate the exercises at home, and the goal setting and progress meters in the app provide much needed motivation and accountability. The staff also provided printed copies of the exercises with illustrations and explanations.

The facility itself is very light and bright, clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern machines and technologies. Parking is easy to find any time of day. The front office staff is extremely friendly, courteous and professional and they make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door.

I am deeply appreciative of the care and professionalism I have received at Balance Rehabilitation. I've already referred them to friends and family and now my husband seeks treatment there for C6 ridiculopathy. It is without reservation that I recommend this office to anyone in need of high quality and compassionate neurological, vestibular, balance and orthopedic physical therapy services.

Went in to get help with my vertigo and was very nervous about having to experience the head spinning with the epley maneuver. Dr Daniel was very calm and reassuring and walked me through in detail what the process will be and asked his assistant to be present to hold my hand. He fixed the issue with only 1 round of the maneuver. While the process was not pleasant I knew I was in good hands. Appreciate the skillfulness and empathy they have.
