Amazing dentist. I avoid dentists and doctors for years at a time due to anxiety and my teeth are an absolute mess, but everyone here is so friendly and comforting and instead of talking about how bad my dental situation is, they get right to making a plan of action and they do great work. Also lower out of pocket costs than I had been expecting. I’ve had bridges, extractions, crowns, fillings, root canals, etc here (I told you my mouth was a wreck) and they are very good at putting my mind at ease and making me comfortable. Had another start of a root canal today, with more root canals and crowns to come in about a week and I’m actually happy to have them take care of all this!

I’ve been to Barsoum Dental in chino two times already and both times I’ve had a wonder experience. The staff provides excellent customer service and is always friendly and welcoming. The office itself is beautiful, peaceful, and extremely clean, making every visit comfortable from start to finish. The dentist listen carefully to your concerns, taking the time to explain each step and answer any questions. I felt truly cared for, and it was clear that they pay close attention to every detail. I had my first initial appointment at Barsoum Dental. The front desk staff was great and Dr. Karim Barsoum was very caring and explained in detail what needed to be done. He also did a check up after hours to see how I was feeling. Everyone there that I had come into contact with (the X-ray technician and dental hygienist) were awesome as well. I would definitely recommend this office for dental care. I read other reviews and was pleased to confirm that there are reasons why they have 5-star reviews! Thanks so much for making me feel comfortable while I was there and for taking good care of me 🙂

I am a dentist and would not trust any other dentist to take care of my oral health. The office provides world class service. Every single detail is thought of. The staff is very friendly and personable. Janice is very welcoming and courteous. Joe is great and he helped me get started and taken care of with X-rays and was making sure to know if I have any issues or concerns. Dr. Barsoum is a top class dentist. He is very kind, warm, welcoming and very empathetic. He has 40 years+ of dental experience and I would not trust any other dentist more. He went over the xrays with me and made sure that I understand everything about what is happening in my mouth. Espi did such a thorough job cleaning my teeth and making sure that I know all the tools that I can use to be on top of my oral hygiene. She did not assume I do not need to know due to the nature of my job. I fly in all the way from out of state to be seen by Barsoum Dental. Thank you

The staff here has always been nice. The dental office is always decorated for the season. The decorations are always a nice touch and feel a bit more welcoming since a visit to the dentist can be anxiety inducing. There waiting room has a TV and water for the waiting patients. The dental offices all have TV's for one to watch as they are getting their dental work done as well. This is probably the nicest dental office I have been to and will continue to come here for quite some time.
