After a bad experience with a previous dentist, I decided to give Bayview Family Dental a try, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! Dr. Chan is truly incredible - he creates a comfortable, judgment-free atmosphere and is exceptionally skilled at what he does. The dental hygienists and front desk staff are also amazing - professional, friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Bayview Family Dental!

Dr. Erwin Chan and his team provided me top notch service and care as a new patient. My previous dentist said I needed a crown but he and his staff didn't act on it for months and my molar started to fall apart despite my pleas it was an emergency. Dr Chan and his team came to save the day within 48 hours. Today, I am very pleased with the new crown as it feels like a brand new tooth. I can't thank Dr Chan and his team enough for the work they've done for me.

Dr. Erwin Chan and the hygienists are friendly and very knowledgeable and genuinely care about your dental health. They treat you like family. Teresa, office administrator is so amazing. She is very friendly, keeps you organized with your appointments and accommodates when needed. We are a family of 5 and have been going to Dr. Chan and his team for over 10 years now. Dr. Chan listens to his patients! He adjusts to your comfort so that you leave with a good memory of your visit (and not trauma!). If your threshold of pain is low, he will adjust accordingly. He does not insist on costly and time consuming procedures when he could otherwise deal with it simply. He makes you feel comfortable and your visit amazing! I have had two other dentists I tried the 7 years I’ve been in Aurora. I finally found Dr. Chan a year or so ago and I have stayed on with him since then. It doesn’t matter if you come in for a hygiene visit only, for a filing or for the more challenging extraction. You are given excellent care all the time. Thank you to Dr. Chan and his whole team. With their skill plus excellent bedside manners, I could say that truly, they are the best! Thank you so much!

Dr. Chan has been our dentist for 15 years, he is highly professional and knowledgeable as well as attentive and accommodating. I had implant done by dr. Chan few years back and very happy with result. Dental hygienist Irena is very welcoming and patient, I had some specific requests during my last cleaning and was very happy with her service. Great people and I highly recommend them!
