Worst doctor's experience ever. Spent the last month and a half calling daily to get updates, Each of the receptionists or Medical Assistants swore that I would receive a call that day and for 49 straight days, not one of them called. Each one sounded concerned and said "they" would be the one to call, and they never did. Surgery date was never scheduled and each doctor blamed other doctors for "dropping" the ball with my charts. After a month and a half, the 3rd doctor on my chart said that she was not in my network and she could do nothing for me. Stay away from Bellagio. It is almost better to stay in pain then to be overpromise and never delivered by Bellagio. Worst experience ever.

I went to the office in Mesa this morning and the front office person was also the back nurse. She was checking in people answering the phone checking out people and being the back nurse. So my 8:30 appointment turn in to seeing the Dr at 9:30 and I was the only one in the office when I arrived. Then when the Dr. came in and they told me their tier of Medicare would not pay for my nail work that I would have to pay. When I went to all other foot Dr. I never had to pay. They could have told me that at the beginning but they are too busy with nobody else working the front end. I am warning you if you are on Medicare check see if they pay for the work you want done. You may have to pay because they are on a lower tier and you are better off with another foot Dr. with a higher tier of service for future problems.

Coming into the doctors I was so nervous just cause thats how I am when going to any doctors but I had an amazing visit and wvery time I go back I still do! The front desk ladies are so kind and Dr.Ko & Dr.Nikki are so amzing they really make you feel comfortable and are kind they really love their job you can tell best Doctors I've ever met!!!
