Being a first time patient here, they did an excellent job of doing a initial cleaning. Explained every procedure needed if I were to go forward and get it done. Also showed me how much my insurance would be. Appreciate that. Hope to see them soon. Holy thing is.I forgot my dental technician's name. Nice lady though 👌!

The dentist and staff are friendly, but the doctor often seems too busy to address my questions or concerns. I consistently leave feeling rushed, which is why I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere. I never feel comfortable about next steps!

That said, Jordan is truly a standout when it comes to teeth cleaning—gentle, professional, and exceptional at what she does.

Such an amazing experience at this dentist office! My son is on the spectrum and they were so kind to him and explained every step of the way with him. Every dentist visit from previous offices has been hard, with him leaving in tears. Not Bentwater Dentistry! He left happy and smiling and they made him feel so proud of his accomplishment!

I just left this office after 2 hours without the routine cleaning I came in for. All I was able to accomplish in 2 hours was sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes, getting x-rays, and feeling judged because I am not interested in cosmetic work. I’m only giving this practice 2 stars because the actual dentist was thorough and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I saw the dentist before my cleaning. I was left in the chair for another 30 minutes after seeing the dentist to wait for my cleaning. When it hit the 2 hour mark since I had arrived at the office for my scheduled appointment, I got out of the chair and told the front office I was leaving. The woman in the office did seem to understand my frustration.

I was also uncomfortable with the staff trying to get me to sign a treatment plan for services I declined. The form stated “I request and authorize this treatment”. When I stated I declined the treatment (that I don’t feel I needed), I was told I had to sign the form to acknowledge it was reviewed with me. I refused to sign it since it clearly stated that I request and authorize the treatment when I didn’t.

I will not be returning to this office. Even though the dentist is wonderful, I will not work with a practice that conducts their business like I saw today. Now I’ll have to unravel the mess this will create with my insurance. Since I left without the cleaning but I’m sure this visit will be billed to my insurance as my routine wellness exam, I might not be able to get a cleaning covered without waiting 6 months to be eligible again. I wish I had never given this office a try.
