I went in for a basic checkup and cleaning. They only did a bunch of x rays. I had to call back for a cleaning. At first the hygienist said I needed a deep cleaning but I had had one a year ago and said no just a cleaning. She said I had to sign a waiver to get one and I said fine. Minutes later she called back and said that I had to have a deep cleaning according to Dr. Park. She didn't even examine my teeth. I cancelled the appt. and haven't been back since. Be prepared for a hard sell.

I have experienced Smilegeneration through Bernardo Heights Dental Group here in my neighborhood of Rancho Bernardo, CA and I have worked with Dr Nikki Patel as my primary dentist and recently with Dr Sami as my oral surgeon and I have to say after being to so many dentists throughout my life these two are the most caring, communicative people I have ever met. They really put me at ease in this most difficult procedure I had to endure with a complete upper denture. Not only them, but their helpful staff. I wish I could remember their names because they were all such professionals and explained everything that was going to happen in great detail and care. I put my faith in Dr Patel because she gave me such a good feeling and I am so glad I did. She has impressed me so much I am referring the rest of my family to her and also my sister. When you find a good one, you can’t let her go!
