I was having trouble while running after a knee surgery and came in to see Mike Kastan for help. He performed a comprehensive assessment and gait analysis to help pinpoint the issue. After several sessions, I was back to pain-free running.

Mike worked with me to establish a new set of goals, one of which was returning back to parkour, which I was unsure I would ever be able to do again due to the knee surgery. After just a couple of months, I was outside landing flips again.

I came in to Brad with quite severe pain. My ligament was popping in my knee that often made it hard to walk.
I have been thrilled with Brad’s expertise and breadth of knowledge. He has not only helped me be able to get back to hard exercise he has helped me with understanding a lot more of exercise physiology and how to take care of myself. He has done a VO2 max test and a basic metabolic test to help me know how to get back closer to where I need and want to be.
Besides his skills, Brad is a good man that has become a good friend. He is a man of high character. He has a great sense of humor yet very professional.
Another terrific aspect is how easy Bespoke has worked with my insurance.
Brad has also been terrific on working around my schedule for appointments.

I came to Bespoke post ACL and Mencius repair surgery. They were able to see me less than a week out from surgery which has been monumental in my recovery.

Can't say enough positive things about Bespoke Fitness and Brad Whitley! I started working with Brad about 2 years ago following a foot surgery. I was preparing to leave for my first season playing Division 1 soccer and I'm 100% sure that Brad saved me months of time where I was able to be on the field instead of in PT. My second major injury was a calf tear 3 months ago. The doctor told me about some great PT recs but it was a no brainer that I'd be going back to Bespoke Fitness. While Brad is the main person I've worked with, I've worked with multiple other trainers at BeSpoke and I can assure you that they all treat you with the knowledge and care it takes to recover from injury.
