Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just trying to get stronger, he will dial you in. He does an amazing job with his evaluation to see what is really needed in your therapy sessions. I have been working with Jereme at Bespoke for a few months now and have had such a positive, empowering experience.

I went in to see Jereme initially due to some elbow pain/discomfort that had been lingering for months, that was limiting me and really impacting me both physically and mentally. I wanted to see someone who also had a background and knowledge based in CrossFit / functional fitness, so they could understand the movements I am doing and progressing towards with my passion for fitness.

Not only has my elbow pain gone away nearly completely (just after 1-2 sessions with Jereme), but I've learned SO much about my body and my movements patterns in the process! Jereme has an excellent eye for assessing your movements patterns and getting to the root of your pain or discomfort. He also does a wonderful job listening to you (your concerns and goals), explaining things, and answering any questions that you have. I've learned things that are going to help with my health and fitness for the rest of my life. This is invaluable.

I love how Jereme stays with me during the entire hour-long session, sends me follow-up notes afterwards, and is available via email to answer any questions that might pop up for me in between sessions. He really goes above and beyond, as I imagine all of the physical therapists at Bespoke do.

I'm grateful to have Jereme in my corner and excited to keep progressing with him as my physical therapist and movement mentor. Highly recommend him and the Bespoke team if you're looking for a physical therapist who cares deeply and is there to help progress you and your body forward.

After extensive initial evaluation and with extensive knowledge of how the body works; nerves and muscles interactions, they put a program together to help me recover from a hip injury and severe case of sciatica. My 13 year old daughter trains with Renato and he is absolutely wonderful! He is a wealth of knowledge and is able to make strength, speed and agility training fun and effective. He targets her training to help her out on the soccer field and elevate her game. He was both a soccer player and a coach at a very high level for many years so he brings such a wonderful well rounded approach to his training sessions. We initially went to see Renato for a sports injury and he was so helpful - knowing exactly what her body needed to heal and get her back on the field playing. Little did we know we’d be getting so much more out of these sessions than just PT. We are so grateful for time spent with Renato and the Bespoke staff at their beautiful facility. Can’t wait to get to training again!

My experience at Bespoke has been nothing short of amazing. My trainer suggested I go there to rehab my knee after joint replacement surgery. I was back to biking and golfing in 8 weeks. My quad strength is now better than prior to surgery. They are exceptional to work with. My PT Katie Adamson was on point with creative strengthening exercises and challenging me to do more. It worked. I would recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to rehab from injury, or simply to get stronger.
