Phil was a major part of my recovery following a major surgery. He was always very attentive to make sure I was feeling well and able to do the exercises, making me take breaks when needed or pushing me a little when he he knew I could handle it, and keeping me focused when I would get distracted. His office is very comfortable and well equipped. We had lots of laughs during my ongoing treatment which kept me going during some scary times. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing physical therapy. I was sad when I got to the point when I was ready to continue my exercises on my own, but I am grateful to have found him!

I started training with Phil after my husband’s recommendation. Five months later, I really appreciate Phil for personal training because he knows more than your average personal trainer. He is a well qualified trainer and a licensed physical therapist with a phd. He not only treats his clients but gives them information to make better choices in improving their health. His office is very clean and comfortable. Phil only uses state of the art equipment for his clients and patients. He offers individual care and training each time. His bedside manner is great and professional. I like that he listens and works with your health issues. Being an older woman starting out in strength training, I did not want to just go to the gym and work on equipment incorrectly with improper form. Previous injuries discouraged me from going back. My strength and health has improved since I've been training with Phil and he has made me a fan of exercising again!

Phil is absolutely a pro. This is really a small boutique physical therapy. Meaning that you really get individual care without a lot of people in the facility with you. My wife and I have both gotten exceptional care from bio fix for our shoulders and unfortunately I am back again for a knee replacement. Unfortunately they do not accept my insurance at this time, but well worth paying out-of-pocket, even though I could go anywhere somewhere else, my insurance will pay in full.

Phil runs one of the few joint physical therapy and performance training shops. I've been training with him for roughly five months.

Phil has a unique knack for gauging when, where, and how much to push my limits, resulting in multiple personal records. He is exceptionally personable and meticulous about explaining the what, how, and why of each exercise. The state-of-the-art equipment adds significant value to the training experience, particularly for drop sets. Phil’s depth of knowledge on how the body works has helped me correct muscle imbalances I built over time.

Overall, I’ve found the combination of expertise, personal touch, and equipment an exceptional value proposition. If you can't tell, I'm an extremely pleased client and endorse Phil without any reservations whatsoever.
